"Erm.... preferably on different days. People might just attend one if all three are put up together... so we could have one that's extremely crowded and others where there's no one at all. Spacing them out a bit might get more activity at all three..." Kupfer frowned, thinking it out.

"if you just point out the ones you want me to do, i'll do em." she didn't have to be ultra specific, he could probably figure it out.

"Um..." Kupfer had planned that she would do everything... but, of course, just one session would be a lot. Three was probably going to be exhausting. "I'll probably need the most help with the obstacle course and scavenger hunt... basically just thinking up obstacles and things to search for. And helping people if needed when it actually starts." Capture-the-flag was going to be really easy to set up, and the flying/running contest needed to be thought out a lot more before actually putting it into action. Nothing hard, just that it would take some work. "So, do you mind taking over that? I'll help, of course. It would probably look better if the events weren't all hosted by one person--spread out among all of the Outriders and Chepotas."

the jaguar nodded slowly and sat in silence to think for a few beats. then he spoke up. "for the scavenger hunt, objects probably either need to have a moderately strong scent to them or bright colors to help clanmates find them. maybe higher scoring items could be harder to find," he nodded once more as he mused aloud. as for the obstacles, he would have to think longer on that, but things such as barrels, shallow water pits, mud, etc came to mind. "yeah, i can do the scavenger hunt and obstacle course," he said and smiled. as long as kupfer gave him a heads up as to when she was doing her things so there wouldn't be events on the same days, everything would probably go smoothly. he would probably get an outrider to help him with the scavenger hunt since chepotas would probably participate in that and a chepota or two to help with the obstacles since they were less likely to participate in that.

"Alright, that's settled." Kupfer paused, knowing she'd already said this but not knowing if Prism had really remembered it. "For the obstacle course... can you make sure that there are some... easier ones, obstacles that kits and apprentices can do pretty easily but that might be a little harder for warriors? With all of our experience, it wouldn't be truly fair for everyone." It still felt odd to think of herself as a warrior now, and not an apprentice. She definitely still felt like... like she was under Toshiro and Prism and everyone. Being an Outrider when she was still an apprentice had helped ease her into it, but it just was weird talking to warriors like they were true equals, sometimes even telling them what to do.

"can do," he said with a quick nod and smile though instantly it came to mind how he might pull that off. perhaps something like hopping from small areas? easy enough for little young paws, but not for big ones. then again, that would also make it harder for the bigger animals in the clan. hmm. he would definitely need to reflect on that one.
