Some sort of clan-advertising thread? Is that a thing?

I remember there being some sort of board etc. for showing off your clan, and getting more attention to it. That was the last time I was here, centuries ago. Is it still a thing? Was it a thing in the first place?

If not, does anyone know tricks to make a clan more appealing? I am very excited.
