Frostkit was new to the nursery. She was new to all of this. The entire ThunderClan camp was new and strange to her. "Hello?" she mewed softly, looking around her new home. Nobody had ever talked to her before because she was a strange kit. On her front paws were five toes instead of four. Her brother always teased her. All her siblings teased her. She thought all cats were this way until she was taken here by a kind hearted she-cat. Hoping to make a friend, she called out shyly to see if any kits were around. "Hello? Does anybody wanna play?" When nobody answered, she gave up and sat behind the nursery. "I'll never have any friends..." she mumbled, quietly.

Whitekit scented the air. The blind white kit padded up to Frostkit, and smiled kindly. He couldn't see her, but he tryed his best to look right at her. He didn't like being considered different, or having the other kits think he's not capable of playing the games they play. He's just like them, he just can't see. "Hi." He meowed.

She turned to face the other kit."Hi there." she mewed quietly. "What's your name? Why aren't you playing with the other kits?" Many times before, other kits would say not to play with her because she was weird. She noticed the kit's eyes were strange, but chose not to ask about it.

"They don't like me playing with them..." He meowed. He sat down, his tail curled around his paws.

She looked at him curiously and gave a small smile. This cat's just like me! she thought. "They don't let me play with them either... Why won't they let you play?" she asked him gently, giving her fluffy tail a lick.

Whitekit hesitated for a long moment. "I'm blind."

She was quiet for a moment too. "They think I'm too small, and make fun of my paws.." She mewed. "Maybe we can be friends?" she asked him hopefully

He smiled, and nodded.

IC: She smiled and pounced on his tail playfully.

Whitekit smiled, and bat her away.

Frostkit jumped over his paw and pounced on him, laughing and having fun for the first time.

Whitekit tumbled over when Frostkit pounced on him. He laughed, "Your a good friend."

"You are too" She purred happliy, flicking a leaf off his shoulder with her fluffy tail.

Amberkit heard the sound of kits playing by the nursery, she padded over and saw two kits playing. "Hello," She squeaked.

Frostkit jumped a bit, not expecting to see another kit. "Hi there!" she mewed, slightly shy. "My name's Frostkit! What's yours?"

Amberkit shuffled her paws feeling a bit shy. "I'm Amberkit," She mewed.

"I'm Whitekit." He meowed, sitting down.

She looked over to the other kit. "Hello, Whitekit." Amberkit smiled.

Amberkit looked at Whitekit's eyes. They seemed as if they looked right through Amberkit. "C-can you see?" Amberkit stammered.
