Phoenixfury opened his eyes,stretched his paws and headed for the fresh-kill pile.ah...another beautiful day.He then took a vole from the fresh-kill pile,sat in the warriors den then started to eat.

Honeytail padded into camp, her jaws full of herbs to take back to her den. Spottedheart followed close behind carrying moss for her sister's bedding. After putting it all down inside the medicine cats den, they both picked a nice big fish to share, as they ate in the clearing. Honeytail nuzzled her sister lovingly.
"Thanks again for the help, but I told you, my bedding's comfy enough as it is!" she teased.
"I know," Spottedheart mewed, keeping her head down. "but, you always work so hard, I want you to have a nice spot to relax."
"Lift your head up, you're not a kit anymore!" Spottedheart slowly lifted her head, reluctantly showing her different colored eyes. "See? You're no different than any other cat. Starclan knows you can hunt circles around me!" they both smiled, finishing the fish.

Shiningflare
Shiningflare woke up, opened her eyes, and yawned, then she stood up and trotted delicately out of the den. She licked her paw and drew it over her ear, then glanced behind her to see Sheerblaze walking out of the warriors den as well, and sat beside her.

Sheerblaze
Sheerblaze reclined back onto her haunches and lick her sister ear briefly in greeting," Morning." She said to Shiningflare.
"Morning." Shiningflare replied, who had started grooming her face lazily. Sheerblaze shrugged and glanced at the fresh-kill pile," want to go hunting?" She asked. Shiningflare looked up,"sure!" She replied. Sheerblaze smiled and trotted eagly out of the camp, aware of her sister behind her.

Jin
Jin snarled, sinking his claws into the mouse he had just caught. As the mouse went limp, the Tom froze, staring at the mouse through narrowed eyes. but the hesitation was only brief, he landed an unnecessary blow the mouse and it went sailing into the air, hitting a tree. He watched as the mouse corps landed on the ground with a thud, his eyes contracting crazily and his attack position rigid, acting as if the mouse was the enemy. Jin approached the mouse slowly and batted at it with his paw, then gingerly picked it up with his jaws and stalked away into the trees.

Rockpaw sat in the medicine den, staring at the herbs. I don't think I'll be able to remember them all! he thought despairingly.

Treeberry ran up to Shiningflare and Sheerblaze. "Mind if I join you?" he said, smiling.

Honeytail padded back into the medicine cat den, saying goodbye to Spottedheart. Seeing her apprentice crouched over the herbs, she went over to him. "Rockpaw? Are you having any trouble? You can't make more appear by just looking at them." she teased.

Rockpaw jumped and purred a little. "Yeah, I guess not," he joked. "Um, I'm gonna get some more marigold. We're running low."

"Of course." she replied. She stepped back out of the den, noticing the leader, she greeted him. "Hello Hawkstar." she purred.

"We've got a plentiful supply, we could possibly make it past leaf-fall at this point!" the medicine cat answered. Taking another look at Hawkstar, her expression turned suspicious. "Is something bothering you? You seem jumpy."

Rockpaw bobbed his head to the leader, then padded outside. He walked out of camp,savoring the scents of the forest.

Shiningflare
Shiningflare paused glanced at Treeberry and smiled,"I wouldn't mind." She replied kindly, flicking her tail.

Sheerblaze
Sheerblaze halted at the rise, where she looked down upon Shiningflare and Treeberry, twitching her tail, waiting patiently.

Jin
Jin quietly slipped inside the small cavern where he'd usually rest and dine. Prey bones scattered the floors and claws marks scarred its earthy walls, as if it were the home of a monster. Jin settled down in a shadowy corner and began to devour his already half-mauled mouse.

Treeberry grinned. "Great!" he mewed, then ran up to meet Sheerblaze.

Phoenixfury had just finished eating when he overheard Hawkstar talking about a hunting group."Good morning Hawkstar,would you like me to gather some cats for a hunting group?"Phoenixfury said waiting for an answer.

"Great"Phoenixfury thought about the cats he would bring. then how about...Sheerblaze...ShiningFlare and...Spottedheart. Phoenixfury said to himself."Alright i'll go get some cats" Phoenixfury padded up to where Spottedheart was in the warrior's den."Spottedheart would you like to come on a hunting patrol with Hawkstar,me,and possibly Sheerblaze and Shiningflare?"Phoenixfury asked.

Spottedheart blinked in surprise at the offer. "Of course." she smiled and nodded at the deputy, before lowering her eyes again.

Honeytail padded back to the medicine den to recount the herbs, while waiting for her apprentice to return.
