  • Lucian sighed. "Let's go back to bed," he suggested. He was completely and utterly exhausted. "I'm sure we'll be okay for the night."

Valerie struggled to get the door closed, but when she did, she made sure to lock it. "I'm not lying..." She desperately need for him to believe her. "C'mon, I need you to help me put the dresser in front of the door!"

  • Ilan pulled the blanket over his head, then threw it off and got up. "Fine. Then we can go to bed, and in the morning you will feel like a idiot for thinking they were in there." Ilan grumbled, pushing the dresser over towards the door.

Oliver nodded, getting up slowly, before heading over to the bed. He laid down on his side, getting as comfy as he could despite the fact he was still scared.

  • Valerie rushed over to help him. "No, you'll feel like an idiot because I'm right," she argued. She knew what she saw, and what she saw was a bunch of zombies. "We can't take risks anymore."

Lucian climbed into bed after Oliver and wrapped his arms around him. "I promise I won't let anything happen to you," he assured. He could tell that Oliver was still scared, so he felt that it was his job to comfort him.

  • "Okay... Thanks." Oliver snuggled into his arms, closing his eyes and trying to fall asleep. Which he succeeded in only a few seconds.

Ilan just kept pushing it till it was against the door. "There, no more paranoia." He then headed back to the bed.

  • "Don't mention it." Lucian fell asleep soon after. He was really and truly, very tired.

Valerie soon followed after. "I don't trust them... either of them," she growled. She knew that she'd need to get pay-back against, Alaska at least, for this.

  • Now, the zombies moved to the last room, Ralph having left the door open when he had went to go to the washroom a hour ago. So, in they came, a zombie climbed onto the bed as best as it could and grabbed Ralph's shoulder before taking a bite right below the shoulder on his arm. The pain waking up Ralph instantly, screaming mostly from the pain and the fright.

  • Jed jolted awake when he heard Ralph scream. "What?!" he screamed, extremely frightened by what he'd just heard and what he was now seeing. "Ralph!" His heart twisted with pain when he laid his eyes on Ralph.

  • Ralph pushed the zombie away as best as he could, terrified, backing up as well. The other zombies swarmed after the lead one who had bit Ralph rather hard. "Go Jed!" Ralph snapped, trying to get out of the bed as fast as he could, his hand on his wound.

  • Jed didn't need to be told twice, he took off running and didn't stop until he reached the laundry room. He locked the door behind him and sat down on the ground. Then, he put his head in his hands and started crying. He was afraid of losing Ralph, and seeing him get bit guaranteed that he was going to.

  • Ralph got out of the room, closing it behind him before going to find another room to hide in, everything was locked up though. So, he headed downstairs and to the closest closet he could find.

  • Jed just sat there for a while, crying out his feelings. Until his voice grew hoarse and he couldn't anymore. So, he leaned up against the wall and looked out at the stars through the window. He had always liked to look at the night sky. It wasn't long after that he fell asleep.

  • (Timeskip!)

Soon the morning came, Ralph was curled up in the closet, his bleeding had stopped a little after he had fallen asleep. The area surrounding his wound and a bit on the floor was covered in blood, especially his hand. He had fallen asleep not that long after he had got away.

  • Alaska looked over at Kate from where she laid on the counter. "Kate?" she called softly, being careful not to spook her new friend. "I think it's time we chase the zombies out."

  • "Yeah." Kate got her gun out, yawning before leading the way. She headed upstairs and shot the zombies, not really wanting to lead the out and only wanting to deal with them there. She noticed the blood on the bed in the room that the zombies had been in.

  • "Well, it sure looks like it. It was either Jed or Ralph, since they had this room if I remember." Kate looked around, trying to figure out who it could be. However, they could only know for sure if they found one of the two.

  • Alaska started searching around until she happened upon what she thought was the laundry room and started knocking. "Kate come here!" she called. She could tell someone was in there since it was locked.

  • Kate ran over, trying to open the door as well. Locked. "Got any experience with picklocking?" Kate asked, with a laugh.

  • "No," Alaska admitted. Instead she kicked the door until it was opened. She was pleased with her work.

"What do you want?" Jed asked hoarsely. His eyes were puffy, his face was red, and his voice was worn out. He looked like a wreck.

  • "I am guessing that Ralph got bit." Kate said, once she saw Jed. It was all too obvious when it came to couples and such. "We are here to tell you that the zombies are gone."
