Female fox looking for a mate.

    Lucia walked on in the nights moon, Her paws hurt and she hasn't eaten in days. She left her den around a week ago, looking for a mate. She needed to find a den soon. the only thing is that she is out in the open. there was a forest to her left, she started to walk to it. In an hour she found a perfect place to stay, a small tunnel which she can fit into. She got in stuck her head out so she can watch the night forest.

    Red heard a noise coming from the entrance to his tunnel. He stalked forward and sprang on the creature.

    Lucia Yelped, then Jumped and ran out of the tunnel and knocked whatever was on her

    back. "Who are you, Please don't hurt me!"

    Red jumped from her grasp. "Oops. Sorry I thought you where someone else." He said starring into her beautiful eyes.

    "So you're a fox. Hi my name is lucia, what is yours?Sorry for going into your tunnel" Maybe this fox was the one he was straing into her eyes and she was staring into his. He was beautiful. But she must look horrible with most of her ribs showing from lack of sleep and lack of food.

    "My names re re red..." He stammered. Then he gained confidence. "You looked starved I've got some fresh kill." He said grabbing a mouse and plopping it at her feet.

    She gobbled up the mouse in a poliet manner "why hello red, Nice to meet you and thank you for That mouse" She said to red.

    "Defintly, but if you want to me to go somewhere else to sleep i will if you want i was intruding in your tunnel"she said

    "thank you" Luica followed red into the dark pasage. She curled up next to him. Felling his warmth. She has never been this close to a fox since she was a cub. She had found her mate

    Red was suprised of how confident she was. He barely new her but yet he wanted to feel closer to her. "It's softer on the leeves.." He said hoping she would get closer.

    She moved even closer to him getting on the leaves. She curled up even closer to him so she could feel his warmth. She put her mouth near his ear and said "Thank you"

    Red blushed. Then he blew warm breath onto her snout afectionitly. His eyes closed and he silently fell asleep. An hour later he woke up with his nose pressed against Lucia's. He didn't draw back though. He liked it. He saw she was asleep and licked her snout secretly.

    She could not sleep but she closed her eyes. she felt his nose touch hers. She liked it. She rubbed her head aganist him. Then finally fell asleep with the comfert of another fox

    In the morning, She felt different. her stomach hurt and She felt heavy. that was her first time mating. he was officially her mate. She loved him very much. even though they only met last night. BUt he walked out of the tunnel tall and proud and rubbed against her. she liked the feeling of having a mate. "I guessing your my mate now i have been looking for one for awhile."she said. He was the most beautiful fox she has ever seen. nobody wanted to be her mate because she was different but his fox accepted her. "I am going hunting for some food" She licked him on the cheek and padded off
