Wildstar sits on a rock staring at the clan

The post was edited 1 time, last by Aurora <3 ().

  • Pantherpaw slipped out of the Scout den, short black fur puffed up against the chilly air. Her paws made small dimples where she crossed the snow. Eventually she jumped to a slightly drier spot to give herself a quick grooming. She crouched there even after she'd finished, bright green eyes flitting from den to den, cat to cat, taking everything in. She liked knowing things, and those 'things' included what her Clanmates were up to, how high the sun was, where the breeze was coming from, how many icicles hung from the branches-- Nothing escaped her notice, if she could help it. If she had time later, she'd test herself on the things she'd seen.

  • Cloverpaw was half-awake in the Herbist den, her gray tail curled around her face to keep her warm in the chilly weather outside. I don't want to get up just yet. Though I could sort the herbs, that's always fun. the apprentice thought sleepily, snuggling deeper into her nest, the thought of sleep beginning to take over her again.

  • Pantherpaw met Wildstar's eyes for a moment, tilting her head as if to get a better look. After a moment she dipped her head and looked away. She sat up a little straighter and flicked some snow from a paw, flexing her claws. Her skinny black tail curled around her paws, and quickly her eyes were moving again.

  • Sparklesong awoke as beams of sunlight shone over her closed eyes. She snarled softly, but opened her eyes. She wasn't exactly a morning cat. She rose, rising the warriors with her as she padded out of the den. She stopped to quickly smooth the fur on her back."Good morning, Wildstar." She dipped her head to him in greeting.

  • Glacierstreak licked a paw and dragged it over her left ear, and then her right. She lingered over her right ear for a second to feel the ridges of the wing on her earring. He loved that earring, knowing that her father had worn the other earring in the pair on his left ear. Then she stood, her charm sparkling in the light, and padded over to Wildstar. "I do believe that Pantherpaw is MY apprentice," she purred, not wanting to sass the leader, but also not wanting her duties being taken from her.

  • Cloverpaw rolled over in her nest and got up, deciding she should go out and see if any herbs could be found in the snow and ice. Sometimes she could find some, but most of the time she had to rely on what herbs they had.
The gray she cat padded out of the Herbist den and gazed around the camp, spotting the group of cats that were talking.
Cloverpaw briskly walks over and dips her head twoards them, not wanting to interrupt the conversation.

  • Pantherpaw's ears swiveled at the sound of her name. She got to her paws and padded quickly over to the steadily growing group of cats. She honestly didn't care who took her out, as long as she got to go. Still, she didn't want to seem rude in front of the leader or her mentor. So instead, she just asked quietly, "I heard my name... Are we going somewhere?" She flicked her tail and looked brightly from face to face, allowing a hopeful tone to creep into her mew. She acknowledged Cloverpaw with a slight dip of her head while waiting for the response of the older cats.

Glacier streak dipped her head to the leader and then turned to Pantherpaw. "Yes... We will be heading out to train. Would you rather battle training or hunting?" Glacier asked, flicking her ear.

  • Sparklesong shrugged her lean shoulders and padded away. She sat and began to groom herself. It was still early, and she would wait for the warriors to wake up.

    Ooc: Low muse

  • "Wildstar! If I may speak with you? I'm going out to look for herbs, but I need a cat to acompany me, since I'm really no fighter, and I like the company. Can you spare a chaser, or maybe a...deputy...to go with me?" Cloverpaw asked, stepping forward to Wildstar and making her statement. Her green eyes flashed twoards the grooming Sparklesong before returing their gaze to Wildstar.

  • Sparklesong looked up at the medicine cat."I wouldn't mind going at all." She gets up and padded over."It'd be my pleasure." She flicked her tail, looking down at the apprentice.

  • Pantherpaw's eyes narrowed with a kind of cold, determined, intelligence for a moment. "Battle training." She meowed confidently, flicking her thin black tail and glancing up at her mentor. She hadn't meant to sound odd, but she loved the strategy and sense of success when learning new moves, or even improving old ones. Sure, she understood hunting was a key part of the Clan, but she liked figuring other cats out, and how to beat them. Also, she felt a fierce rush of hatred whenever she thought about her Clanmates in danger, and the thought of being unable to do anything was unthinkable. So her decision was well based, despite having come across a little strange.

  • Sparklesong looked up at the medicine cat."I wouldn't mind going at all." She gets up and padded over."It'd be my pleasure." She flicked her tail, looking down at the apprentice.

"R-really?! Thank you! We...uh...can leave right away!" Cloverpaw said, flustered that the deputy would be going with her. She dipped her head at Wildstar before whirling around and padding twoards the entrance, glancing back at Sparklesong, her paws quivering with excitement.
