  • He enjoyed the feel of her lips against his so he was reluctant to break away from it. Once he did he made sure that it was for a good reason. "How long until we can start a family?" he asked.

  • "I'm not entirely sure if my.... Y'know... Is gonna allow that because of the medicine I have to take. I'll have to take a look at the label."

  • "Oh," he muttered quietly. He had always wanted a family or kids for that matter. He wanted to see what his sons or daughters would look like but he might not be able to do that now. He hid his disappointment well, but not well enough.

  • "... I really want to start a family, too. But I'd have to stay alive for that to happen. And right now that's just not going to work without the medicine. I can go check the label now, if you want?"

  • "No, it's fine. I have given up on the thought, that doesn't matter now," he explained masking his emotions. It was no use for him to complain to someone with more problems than he currently has.

  • "I'll check anyway. Give me a second." Nicole said, stepping away to go check if she'd be fine with the medication. She soon came back with the bottle. "I don't see anything on here that mentions it." She said, reading it over.

  • "Don't worry about it too much. I don't want to risk anything, especially not your health. So, let's let it go and change the subject to something else." He reached for the bottle and tried to lower it out of her sight.

  • Nicole sighed, setting the bottle down and off to the side. She'd have to remember she put it there later. "Alright then." She said, then smiled a bit. "Anyhow, my mom bought some fishing poles the other day. Maybe we could learn how to fish with her?"

  • "Sure that sounds fun," he smiled. Kyle wasn't the outdoors type but, he wanted to do anything to make her forget about any problems that she might have. "Are we going to fish for food or sport?" he asked.

  • "Knowing my mom she'll probably want to fish for us to eat. So we'll probably catch some fish to eat and then release the rest."

  • "She'll be here in town in about half an hour. We could probably walk to there if we wanted to, she'd be there by time we got there."
