Cougar lays lazily on her favorite branch. She watches the tom quietly, knowing the strange cat usually came here. She peeps around a bushel of leaves, green eyes glowing curiously. Notice older than a new apprentice, she tries to creep down the tree to watch the cat.

He flicks his ear as though a fly was bothering him but instead he had noticed the young she cat. He himself was a newly made warrior, only a few days into warriorship. He stayed still, waiting still.

Cougar pads over, peeping over a fern, "Whatcha doing?" She peeps, bounding over happily with a bushy tail

"Sh." Is his reply. He's waiting and he can't have that disturbed, not yet. He made it obvious he would speak wth her momentarily as his attention flicking back to the forest in front of him.

Cougar smells for a bit, waiting patiently. Her tail begins to twitch and she fidgets as her patience wears

Finally a group of nice appear. He swiftly kills several with a well timed and well placed swipe of his paw. Only three scatter and successfully escape.

Cougar squeaks, "Wow! You killed those mice all by yourself!" She bounces around happily

He rolls his eyes at her kit like behavior but can't help the smile it brings. "Why else would I sit here so long?" He asked looking at her with gleaming gold eyes.

Cougar purrs proudly as if she knew him, "Maybe your practicing be a rock! I dunno! I've never seen flame catch that many nice before!" Her eyes light up hungrily but she looks back up at him cheerfully

"Is he your brother?" He asked curiously, tilting his head a bit. This she cat was interesting and a lot nicer than the GlimmerClan she cats

Cougar purrs and nods, "Yup! We live in a hollowed out tree! He just started letting me catch prey but I'm not very good. My paws are too big!" She teases, revealing her muddy, scarred paws. Her soft cream fur brushed against his as she settles next to him happily.

"I could help teach you." He offered. His mother always said stay away from rogues and loners but those were the mean ones. This she cat was nice.

Cougar turns to him cheerily, tail fluffing, "Really?" She squeaks excitedly, bouncing at his feet joyfully

"Yeah sure! My mentor HawkTalon taught me all kinds of techniques!" He said hapliky.

Cougar fluffs even more excited, "Let's go!" She squeaks happily, running in circles ecstatically.

"Okay but first I need to take these to canp. Here, take these two to your brother. Tell him you caught them. Meet me back here as soon as you can." He said, nudging to nice tonher before bounding back towards canp

Cougar bounds away with the prey happily, returning to their spot as soon as possible. Her whole body wiggled excitedly as she waited for her new friends

After not too long ScreechCall appears, eyes glowing happily. "Sorry it took so long. PoppyWisp wanted to talk." He said with a purr of greeting.

Cougar smoothed her bristling fur, "Poppywisp who's that?" She seemed a little envious of someone who got to live with her new friend.
