Description:
Her eyes are a sharp, clear silver, like the moon, each one their own little galaxy, and her hair seems to shift with the light. It's brown in the day time, appearing more amber as the light increases, and in the evening is a dark, rich chocolate brown, almost black, and it's silky smooth, despite it's wild appearance. She refuses to wear the camp-half blood shirts, opting instead for various tank-tops, and her shorts. When the weather starts cooling down, the only thing that changes are her pants get longer. She doesn't like regular shirts, and will only put a jacket on if it's really cold out.
Personality/Theme Song:
She's bright, very quirky, and sometimes bi-polar. Avoided by regular campers due to her heritage and association with the Night, she doesn't let it bother her. When people are hard-core ignoring her, or she's been hit by her depression/anxiety, she paints, and while waiting for the paintings to dry, she puts them on the porch of her cabin, for all to see. She has no shame, and is quite edgy, and loves the rain and music, jamming out to All Time Low when she can :P

History:
When her mother dropped her off with her father, she was 3 years old, and had lived in Tartarus for a while. Her father was super nice, and he was an expert cook, going around to various colleges to teach cooking classes as a professional volunteer. He taught her everything he knew, and his fiancée gave her the chance to be a real child, as she was a mechanic, teaching her some basic mechanical skills. When she was eight, monsters attacked the house. Her father and his fiancée were mauled right in front of her, scarring her permanently. Once they were killed, she was attacked, and she barely made it out alive. She was sent to a hospital, and was told that it was just a wild bear attack, but she knew better. Instead of sounding like a psycho, she kept her mouth shut and went mute for a while, eventually being put in the custody of her alcoholic, abusive uncle. She was treated as a slave, until he met his girlfriend, who was just as bad. She gave him the bright idea to put her into an underground fighting rink, in fights to unconsciousness or death. Due to this, she's faced death in the eyes many times, and learned how to fight. She was actually thankful when the scent of blood drew monsters to the house and her uncles girlfriend was killed violently. This attack gave her the opportunity to turn around and kill her grand father, before running out of the house and hiding in the woods. She was never found by the police, so they just marked her as missing, and dropped the case. She was 11 when she made it out. She lived in the woods for a year before heading to a different town and going to school. She quickly caught up in her studies, though her ADHD and dyslexia were real bad due to years of no 'treatment' or acknowledgement. She ran away again, though, as she was tired of the orphanage life, and made it to camp at the age of 14. She was claimed six months after her arrival, and was placed in the Hades cabin until hers could be built. She helped build it, and spent most of her time out of the cabin, though her time in it gave her a change to get close to Nico, and they've been good friends for a while now.

A ring-bracelet that turns into any weapon she wants it to by tugging on the string holding the ring to the bracelet, 'breaking' it. The accessory returns to her hand after a while if lost and she's named it Aurora, due to it's diversity.

Oh~ I get to talk about my self. My name's Raven, I'm 16 years old, and a child of Nyx. My past sucks, but I'm trying to make my future better. Um, I haven't had many crushes, maybe Nico, but I'm still content as having him as just my best friend. We're really close actually, as we are constantly being looked at with fear, so it's nice to know I'm not alone. I try to talk to people and great new people with open arms. My hobbies include painting, singing or playing an instrument. Actually, when I arrived at camp, they thought my parent would be Apollo, so it was a big shock when Nyx claimed me. It was a cool claiming though. We were all around the camp-fire, and everything was just mellowing out, when suddenly my outfit changed, and it was in a black dress with a silver ribbon tied around the middle, silver gems dotting the slightly frilled skirt like stars on the night sky, while a black and silver flower crown hung crookedly on my head, my make-up was done with black eyeliner and silver eye shadow, my hair was curled beautifully, and the moon glowing brightly on me, making me look like a star. It caught the attention of everyone, and I was claimed, "Daughter Of Nyx, Blessed By Artemis." It made no difference to me, except people started avoiding me, fear crept into their eyes and they started talking about be behind my back. I've gotten used to the stares and whispers, but it still irks me sometimes. Anyways, I also have other friends here that don't care about my heritage, and I've got a bunch of animal companions. Mainly wolves, though my favorite of my pets is one that everyone fears, but it's a dragon that can control it's size and it's one of my favorite pets. Want to know more?
