  • [fancypost borderwidth=0px]A thin layer of mists covered the mountains today, making it difficult to see any part of the mountain below the level from which LightningClan made camp. Padding from one of the caves was the Emperor himself, stretching slightly before beginning to pad down one of the many passages.

His paws itched to do something productive- maybe he'd lead a patrol later?- however, the early morning hours seemed so... tranquil. The brown tabby, for the time being, didn't quite plan on doing anything. Leaping up onto one of the sides of one of the mountain bridges, Roman's eyes fluttered closed briefly, inhaling the air deeply.

The mountains were treacherous as much as they were beautiful, both dangerous and mysterious. Perhaps that was why Roman found this to be his favorite of all of LightningClan's homes. He remembered back when they had still been StormClan, living deep in the forest, while he himself went by the alias 'Dare'. He shook his head a little, a nostalgic little smile creeping onto his maw.

  • [fancypost borderwidth=0; text-align: justify]"Hello, Roman." the deep voice of Engarde sounded nearby as the black Lab padded out of the mist to stand besides their Emperor. He tilted his head, watching the mist floating to and fro. He was kind of new, but not that new that he wasn't trustworthy. He had been adopted into the clan as Enpaw and then received a warrior's name as Engarde. Used to be a little puppy for a little girl, but hah, those soft days were over now. More like dog days.

[fancypost borderwidth=0;font-size:8pt; text-align:justify; line-height:95%; width:400px;]As the forms of his Emperor and Mandarin went into view, Danny approached, being the social butterfly he usually was. It wasn't often you would see him choose being alone instead of interacting with others. "Morning, Roman, Engarde!" He said kindly, blinking his soft brown eyes.

  • [fancypost borderwidth=0px]Roman wasn't exactly a social butterfly- he had been, at one time, however- but he did enjoy talking to his fellow clanmates most of the time. His green gaze flickered to the two approaching LightningClanners, nodding a little at their arrival. "'Morning," the feline murmured, giving a yawn as he rolled his shoulders back, before he focused back on the duo, emerald optics switching between both, "How are you both?"

  • [fancypost borderwidth=0; text-align: justify]"Mm, good." the dog answered, giving a tip of the head in a subtle acknowledgement of power to the leader. It was natural instinct for a canine like him to show that he proved no threat to this 'alpha'. He blinked, giving his tail one eager wag. "How are you doing, Roman?" He glanced at Danny too, wanting to make sure that he wasn't left out.

[fancypost borderwidth=0;font-size:8pt; text-align:justify; line-height:95%; width:400px;]"I'm good." He yipped cheerfully, offering a grin to both of them with a happy wag of his tail. "And you?"

  • "Hello, Roman. Engarde and Danny as well," Dustin meowed, approaching as his gaze met his fellow clanmates."How are you all? I know is already been asked, but oh well." He laughed.

  • Wow, it was pretty cold. It was cold back home, yes, but this cold was different. This was chilling cold, something that touched your bones, especially at the high height. At the moment, Anastasia was shivering as she stepped lightly across the floors, trying not to have her paws touch the ground for too long. Sure they were already numb, but the chill still occasionally sneaked up the warmer places.

She lightly exhaled, not wanting to push too much warm breath from her body. Voices floated down the area, making her almost feeling-exempt ears to perk. Ah. Others. With another hop, she started towards that cave. Poking her head in, the prophet grinned. "Hey, there. Got room for me?"
