He nuzzled her back, then licked her cheek.

The rain was coming down harder than ever. He nuzzled her and licked her. "I think I like you."

"Love ya too." His head drooped and he fell asleep.

He was still asleep, and it was still raining. Everything was greener and colors popped more than usual.

He smiled in his sleep, but then he began to feel a little cramped so he woke up.

Thunder boomed once again, but no lightning. it made his pelt stand up, but not forlong. He was becoming used to it.

"There might be rain, but I'm going hunting. Care to join me? Or make a request of what you'd like." He hopped out of the hollow.

"I'll come."she said.

He swished his tail, and his ears swiveled. "My goal is a rabbit.. no wait, something bigger, just so if we can't eat it all, save it, and save another trip."
