  • ooc;
kira isn't a name in this roleplay.
it means 'killer' or 'murderer' and any
other synonyms to those words. also,
this rp is simply based off of the anime
series Death Note. of course, this
won't exactly like it, but there are many
similarities. and yes, my characters name
is lightkit for a reason. ty~

    ic;
Lightkit sat in the nursery silently. No,
not with the other kits, or even with
her mother. Her mother was out for
the morning. She had left Lightkit in
order to take a stress-relieving walk
    around WindClan territory. Bored,
Lightkit slipped out of the camp. She
    glanced around cautiously making sure
no-cat had noticed her. While staying
downwind from every patrol, cat, prey,
and the camp. She couldn't risk being
caught. Last time a kit escaped and was
caught, she never saw it again.

Lightkit heard something hit the ground
and stalked up to it. A rather small book
lay in front of her. What is this? she
    asked herself sniffing it carefully.

"Cool, a book! It's mine now," Cloudpaw commented with an evil grin as he snatched it up from the ground before Lightkit could get her paws on it. He had been out in the territory collecting more cobwebs and Geranium, it was just his luck to wander onto the book. Except, he had seen the book fall onto the ground, he hadn't heard it.

After picking it up, he noticed the presence of Lightkit, and he frowned. "What are you doing here? You're not supposed to be out of camp if you follow the rules." Eh, Cloudpaw didn't care about the kit being bound to camp rule at all in reality. He was just slightly surprised to see a kitten all the way out in the territory.

"Oh well, goodbye," he commented as he limped away back towards the Medic cave. As he studied the notebook more, Cloudpaw saw that it was blank. Perfect for writing and keeping notes in, too.

  • "Hey!" the small kit yelled, "Give it to me!"
She had heard stories from the elders about
a notebook that had terrible powers. If that
apprentice writes anything in that book it
    could kill a clanmate.

"Nopeity, nope, nope. Finders keepers, loser weepers. I picked it up first, it's mine," Cloudpaw responded in a childish, immature manner, keeping the notebook away from the kit's grasp. It would be actually used for something useful, keeping his experimental herb notes.

They were all stuck-up, narcissistic, egotistical jerks in her opinion. Glowering, the snowy white canine stalked over to Cloudpaw. "Give him the book back, Cloudpaw." She growled, baring her teeth. Or I'll make you, she added silently, but she let the threat hang in the air with the dangerous look in her eyes.

"Seriously, it's mine. I picked it up first, and the kitten isn't supposed wandering out of camp either," he answered with a stoic, aloof voice. "What are you going to do, beat me up? You should get Kayi to do that with you next time, at least she carries around a giant battle axe," Cloudpaw barked with a blunt, sarcastic voice, referring to the time Kayi had threatened him. The empty threat was heard by him crystal clearly.

"And I won't restrain to hurt you, if you're willing to push me that far." The vixen could care less about the consequences of attacking a clanmate; not if it was Cloudpaw. Besides, I don't need an axe, you moron, she thought angrily.

  • "You don't get it." the kit muttered.
She acknowledged the fox and the help, but
did anyone else know about the notebooks horrors?
Whiteclaw told me that there was once a warrior
who found the book and wiped out an entire
    clan.
The kit thought hoping Cloudpaw wouldn't
be so careless. Hopefully, he wouldn't write the name
    of a clanmate in it.
