Fruitleaf woke up and stretched in the warrior's den. She had a LONG day ahead of her. She even had a new apprentice, Dreamingpaw! She was too excited.
She padded into the apprentice's den to find Dreamingpaw still asleep. But all the sudden, she felt a striking pain of sorrow through Fruitleaf. Her kits had died in leaf-bare 3 moons ago.
