((This is linked to a plot I did a little while ago with Rangi, here's the link- http://warriorcatsrpg.com/index.php?topic=1848263.new#new))
The nightmares had continued. In fact they never stopped. Day after day, night after night, Rosencrantz fell slave to her dreams and there was no way to stop herself. It was getting worse, all the time like a whirl wind or a violent storm. The same vision of terror. The territory burnt to a cinder, her friends killed and the smoke sent to choke her was all wrapped up in a mystery that she still couldn't make sense of. Until one day, it all collapsed in and the mist consumed her.
The mist in her mind had been getting closer all the time yet Rosencrantz found that she could never run from it, no matter how much she tried. Even when she was awake it continued because she spend it all worry when she would fall asleep again. Her life had become a viscous cycle barely worth living and by this time she had started to consider this. Death would not be hard if it stopped never ending pain.
The night had swallowed the day and yet again Rose lay alone upon the dune, watching over the camp as if she knew that there was some sort of danger upon the wind. Time was ebbing as was her strength. She didn't want to let the darkness take her, not this time but it came as an old friend. Horror masked itself with the reassurance of sleep. But Rose wasn't fooled, not now and as she felt the daze of slumber wash over her she felt like crying out in fear but all to quickly she was silenced by unnatural forces.
That day the dream was different even from the start. The smoke came upon her all at once and a pit open beneath her. It felt like she was being cracked by the flames but as the heat intensified she was compressed back into a singularity. Something else was taking her body, she could feel it but nothing of the light. A demon, an entity of hell. And it had her in its control from the word go.
The wolf stood strong yet stiff upon the hill far above the camp. If one had looked at her they would have seen that all of the color had been drain from all color so that there was no more pure ocean blue or pearly white but instead they were filled with the deepest black.
Without words or any other sound she moved down the dune and headed toward the small camp that she called home. With an empty stare she gazed upon it as the parasite within her searched her mind. This was the Skulls, she concluded and she knew where to strike in order to hurt them. Right in the heart, she needed to take their symbol of strength from them and with it this lonely, broken apothecary. One by one the demon would pick them off, a member by member until there was nothing left of the clan but skulls, starting with this one and the rest would follow her to their graves.
With great power the wolf bounded forth and ran with speed of a bullet until she came to the ancient vessel upon the rocks. The Skulls had had a history; it was imbedded within its life blood. This ship. This arc for many had existed as long as the clan had. And today, it would burn.
There was only one purpose in her movements now as she entered the pirate ship and made her way through it toward the armory, right in is heart where she knew that the gun powder was stacked. Within another room she had found some matches which she took now and with one swift movement she struck one holding it now between her teeth. One swipe of her paw was enough to knock one barrel down and spill its contents into a trail upon the wooden floor. This she light and within moments parks were flying in a line toward the barrels but still she didn’t move. With Rosencrantz’s soft voice masked by that of demon, the wolf chanted under her breath. “Campfires burning…Campfires burning…Draw nearer…Draw nearer…In the glomming…In the glomming…Come sing and be merry…”
[glow=red,2,300]BOOM!!![/glow]
All at once the ship became a fireball and exploded into a billion pieces. Still the harder wood shell remained though it was soon would burn and sink below the waves. Within it the wolf who now lay lifeless and motionless, though not quite dead yet but time was ebbing as the flames consumed all. The demon had left her now, it was not keen on a kamikaze mission. She was left unconscious and trapped though within the burning wreckage as the world around her turned to cinders and ash. It would not be long now before she joined Oceanus and the hell fire took her as well.
It wasn’t like anyone would miss her anyway…
