    the femme, who had gained herself the form of a Mexican wolf, moved silently over to violetpaw. she knew her a little, sure, but not that well. the sunset turned her pelt amber as she spoke in her usual quiet tone;

    "ummm... hi?"     truepaw pointed her paw at the flowers in the black beauty's maw. huh? she hadn't thought of her like that before. "who are they for? if anyone, I mean."

    her? there was plenty of other guys - and girls, for that matter - who far outrank truepaw in everything someone would want in a date. she didn't even know what her 'type' was. the femme hadn't even been in a relationship before! besides, who would want to date a bloodclanner who fainted at the sight of blood!?




    but she doesn't know that, the little voice reminded her with a grin. you must be her 'type'.

    she smiled as the crown was placed upon her head. truepaw hadn't really shown any interest in these things before, but violetpaw was right; she did look good in them. "thanks." she purred in reply. the lupine nodded and picked up the necklace, slipping it over her head and onto her neck.
