Bloodclaw frowned and flexed his claws. "Another fight. And then a scramble in the nursery." He sighed.

"I see"she looked towards the nursery.

"Ha, you should look at the queens. They look like a tornado swept through them." Bloodclaw snorted.

She laughed and looked back towards BloodClaw.Her heart fluttered abit but she matched it to a normal pace.

Bloodclaw looked at her, smiling. His gaze suddenly turned awkward, and he stared at the ground.

Midnight swollowed and shifted on her paws,staring the other way.

"Uh,So do you have any kin or a mate or anything like that"she broke the silence that she felt like she had been drowning in.

"N-no...Why do you ask?" Bloodclaw stammered.

"No reason"she said abit louder than she wanted to."Just wanting to know,since we're like friends or something now"Midnight felt abit embarrassed and looked at BloodClaw through the corner of her eye.

"U-umm....Well, no." Bloodclaw mewed hastily, glancing away. He looked towards her again, then at his paws. "What do you want to do?"

She turned back to him and shrugged."Did you find out what was wrong with your leader,Grim"she asked

"Ha, no. She's a bit unpredictable sometimes." bloodclaw flicked a ear.

She smiled."What now"she asked sleeply.Midnight turned her head to a tree top where a shadow stood,a flash of anger passed her.The small black shecat shook her head and looked back to BloodClaw.
