Wood tail climbed onto the branch and waited.

Suncloud nodded and jumped into the mass of birds making them scatter and sending them lower into the tree as she did so she managed to kill 2 in mid air and then watched as the rest of the birds flew down towards the other 2 cats.

Guidefur managed to knock two out of the air and pin down a third. "This must be my lucky day!" He shouted over the noise of squawking birds. "What about you, Woodtail?"

Woodtail not being the best bird hunter only managed to get on when he slipped and ended up hang upsidedown with his claws du into the bark."um..could be better" he said looking strait at the ground.

Suncloud looked down only to see woodtail hanging upsidedown like a bat and couldn't help but laugh. she then climbed down to his branch and helped him get right side up again." I thought you were a cat not a bat" she said still laughing.

Guidefur jumped down and snickered. "How are you doing that?" He laughed.

Wood tail shrugged."its a gift" he said embarrassed

"Heh. You should get down now, though. Don't want you breaking your tail."

Suncloud giggled a little and grabbed her birds and climbed down.

Woodtail grabbed his bird and climbed down and landed beside suncloud."Well that was fun" he said with a smile

"It was fun, Woodtail!" He said to the other tom. "That's a pretty bird you have there Suncloud.." Now's your chance Guidefur..just..say it. Be a tom! "But..not as pretty as you." He said softly, blushing bit.

Suncloud quickly looked over at Guidefur and blushed."thx" she said quickly turning around and picking up her birds."We better get the bird back to camp" she said still blushing.

"We should." Said Guidefur. He started walking towards the camp. See? That wasn't so bad..I could do it again. But I have to remember the 4 Ws. What, when, where, why. He thought about Suncloud. She was a beautiful cat, and kind too. And suddenly a feeling washed over him.
He was in love. -
Suncloud cep moving till they entered camp she placed one bird down but took the other two with her she padded over to he elders den and gave one of the bids to a old grey cat who was called Dawncloud(her grandmother) then padded over to her father and gave him the bird.when he thanked her and passed a few words suncloud padded off toward he warriors den and sat down in a little sunny patch just outside the den and groomed her gold colored fur.

Guidefur followed Suncloud to the small patch. He watched from a distance and waited until she was done. "So, uh.." Guidefur said. "I'm a warrior now, right? Where do I sleep?"

Sun cloud looked up."oh you sleep in this den" she said pointing to a bush with her tail.

"Thank you, Suncloud." Guidefur walked into the den, wondering what the next day would behold. He lay in a sphynx pose, recapping the day, listening to Suncloud.

suncloud got up and went into the warriors den and settled in beside guidefur and and fell asleep for the night.

Guidefur finished his recap and looked upon Suncloud. He smiled. He licked her on the cheek. "Goodnight, Suncloud." And then he fell asleep beside her.
