She purred and went to the fresh-kill pile and got a squirrel and came back."Wanna share".

She dropped it at a shady spot and sat down.

Mapleleaf and Tornpaw were watching the 2.
"I liked Midnightpaw first! Arrowclaw can never have her!" Tornpaw hissed.
"And I liked Arrowclaw first! Midnightpaw is only an apprentice!" Mapleleaf snarled.
"You have first bite." Arrowclaw told her. -
She smiled,"Thanks".Midnight took a bite and flicked her ear at the other two cats,she didnt hear much just her name.

She took another bite and felt full."You can have the rest"she rested her head on her paws.

She felt the ground underpaw turn to stone,she dug her claws deep."Dont you dare betray father"mewed the shecat's twin that had come out of the shadows."I dont need father now"she hissed.He shook his head in disapproval,"What happens WHEN ArrowClaw leaves you".Midnight looked down,remembering everyone she befriended as they left her. "H-he wont"she stuttered unsure of herself."You dont know that,watch,he'll be the same as the others and youll be wrong again"she stared at her brother."Maybe your right,but I dont care right now"she ran,had to get away,anywhere but with her brother.

Arrowclaw turned to where he saw Mapleleaf. She and her apprentice had been watching them as if they disapproved something, bur were now gone.

MidnightPaw jumped up as she woke up.Before she realized she was awake she had started running but,skidded to a stop.The shecat's ear tips turned red with embarressment and she lowered her head,looking around to see if anyone saw her.

Arrowclaw had been looking around for Mapleleaf, so he didn't see her accident.
