Whatever those idiots said to you IS NOT TRUE. Did they say you look ugly? You are as beautiful as you are on the out side as on the inside, and vice versa! Did they say you're dumb? There is DEFINITELY something you are better at than them.

If they ever say any thing like that again PUNCH EM IN THE FACE (no don't.) do this. a) be kind to them (aka kill them with kindness, say 'thanks' if they tease you, but don't do this if you are fighting, physically.) b) if it is bad, tell an adult, or c) ignore it, if it isn't bad.

You're beautiful. Every possible way.

You think you're fat?
Nope. You are skinny, never think you're fat.

You think you're stupid?
Please. You ARE smarter than people in some subjects. Like, math is your weakness, but reading is your strength.

Don't let ANYONE think that you are bad, dumb, ugly, fat, or anything.
You are PERFECT just the way you are.

>>TIP<< Ask your parents about bullying, they could have gotten bullied in the past. Also, NEVER EVER try to fight back with bullies, you could get in trouble too. Don't try to purposely make a fight. If someone is PHYSICALLY fighting with you, use self defense in ANY WAY you can, even if its running or screaming in their ear.

Remember: you are perfect, in any way. You shouldn't change yourself in ANY WAY, because you are you, unique.
