    the ebony canine slipped through the land, walking with grace and elegance. it was a dark and mysterious grace that hinted both beauty and danger. drakai slipped into a narrow pathway of foliage before finding a clear, open space with plenty of room and a quiet, serene look to it. she stepped over to it, her wispy tail trailing on the soft ground. the thin, dark wolf would lay down and very quietly curl up to rest.
