Together we will rise,
In each other we will trust,
Great pain and tests will come before us,
Of great power we possess,
Never will we fail to answer our master's call.

Please read, this may answer your questions.
I apologize for the length.
There have been many changes to the Tigon Structure over time.
The leader, as some would call it, is known to the Tigon as the Royal Sentinel. This cat carries out the same roles as a clan leader, but has three lower divisions added to it. The role of Royal Sentinel is inherited by the oldest descendant, but may be taken by a Primal Advisor if the original ruler had no children or there are no legible successors available. To be addressed as Lord ____.
The lower divisions below the Royal Sentinel are known as Primal Advisors. There are three cats who take this role and act as deputies for the Tigon leader and are chosen by the Royal Sentinel. As stated above, the role of Royal Sentinel may be taken by a Primal Advisor under certain circumstances. If this occurs, then there is a tournament held and the winner takes the throne. To be addressed as Master ____.
The following rank is not included in a normal clan, known as the Beta. The Beta act as scouts and assassins, taking orders from the Royal Sentinel alone. To become one is such an honor that they rank above the Archmage and Archsage. There are limited number of openings for this position and undergo vigorous training to prepare them for the position. Only the most skilled cats may become a Beta. They may take a mate and kits, and have an apprentice. To be addressed as Beta___, and their apprentice as Neo___.
The 'medicine cat' is not one cat to the Tigon, but two separate cats with different names. They both rank just above the Primal Advisors but below the Beta, along with their apprentices. The first of these is known as the Archmage. This cat has the responsibility of interpreting omens and talking to the Ancestors of the Tigon. They may not take a mate or have kits in order to keep their minds and bodies 'pure,' but have an apprentice who is chosen at birth and raised by this cat. To be addressed as Archmage, and their apprentice as Blessed.
The second of these is known as the Archsage. The Archsage does most of the healing work, collecting herbs and doctoring their patients. On occasion, the Archmage may require assistance from a more experienced cat than the Blessed and ask for the Archsage's help. This does not happen very often though. The Archsage may take a mate and have kits as long as the mate is approved by the Royal Sentinel, and may also have an apprentice who is chosen after they reach the proper age. To be addressed as Archsage, and their apprentice as Nurse ____.
The warriors of the Tigon are known as Rangers and carry out the same duties as a clan warrior would. They may have a mate and kits, as well as an apprentice. To be addressed by their name given to them at birth.
The apprentices of the Tigon are known as Trainees. They are trained to become a Ranger, unless chosen for one of the ranks above. To be addressed as Trainee ___.
The last three ranks of a clan, the elders, queens, and kits, all remain the same. The Elders are addressed by their name given at birth with Elder placed in front of it. The queens are the same, but replace Elder with Mother, and kits are called by their name.
The '___' in several of the ranks is the cats name which was given to them at birth. Tigon names vary from what the mother decides to name their children. Some can be one word, while others are two.
PUT 'THIS AND THAT' IN OTHER IF YOU READ:
The Tigon have several differences from a clan, their traditions being one of them. Although some are similar, many are not.
Naming Newborn Kits:
A ceremony is held once the mother of the kits has had a time to rest after giving birth. The kits are brought into the meadow and placed beneath a certain tree that holds much importance for the Tigon.
Day Of Dragons:
A festival held once a year, during the winter. The Tigon celebrate the days of sun and prosperity they had and wish for more successful seasons to come. Many of the Tigon pull old two-leg metal pelts from the storage and watch the stars' reflections in them.
Elder's Day:
Much like Mother's Day or Father's Day to us, the Tigon celebrate the Elders and help them out. Kits often spend extra time with them as the Elders take them around camp telling stories of the old times. Some Trainees get to have special training with the Elders who teach them secret moves.

Again, please read this.
I don't want anyone too confused.
The Territory is mountainous, with a lake stretching far out of view. Thick forest surrounds the lake and conceals the many caves where dazzling pools of water connect the Tigon with their ancestors. Many crystals of different colors grow in these underground caverns.
The Camp is located in the ruins of an old Two-leg fort, with several rooms still in tact along with many plants growing from the spacious court yard. Around the fort is a meadow, where the Tigon hold festivals and other ceremonies.
There are many places in the territory that are sacred for the Tigon.
The Meadow:
The Meadow is an important place. It is directly outside of the fort's walls, and is also where a large amount of their prey and water come from. The naming ceremony for kits is held here as well, but in a separate part of the Meadow.
The Family Tree:
A gigantic tree that grows outside the camp. This is sacred ground, and no fighting ever occurs here. It is part of the Meadow, and is where the naming ceremony takes place.
The Moon Cave:
This is one of the caves that the Archmage goes to as a way of communication with their Ancestors. The moonlight shines through several holes in the ceiling, and reflects on the water and on the colored crystals around it.
