Name: Lieutenant First Class Titan 'Wraith' Hooves
Gender: Male
Clothes/amour: a set of military fatigues that have flexible armor EVERYWHERE. He also wears a mask that looks like the pony equivalent of Corvo Attano's Mask from Dishonored, thus the nickname Wraith. It's essentially a Pipbuck, communicator, and helmet, all in one.
Weapons: .45 acp pistol he named 'Hide and Seek' because of its built-in silencer, dual .45 acp smgs, and a prototype Ironpony IF-89, which was modified to make regular buckshot into solid slugs at the flip of a switch.
Faction(Trader,raider,enclave,etc): Tries to keep peace between all. Except raiders and slavers. Those, he'll straight up blow their heads off with their own guns just because it's WHIMSICAL.
