Rosewater (p)

Even outside of the building, Clara could hear the crack of the whip across the Doctor's back, soon followed by the very loud cheering of the crowd. Sharp rage flashes through her veins as if the red hot emotion were injected. She was walking in a quite fast pace while she seethed, suddenly stumbling as she felt her quickened heart skip a beat. She looks in a nearby shop window, seeing her reflection just enough to see that the veins underneath her skin were glowing gold. How long has this been happening? It must be because of her emotions. In an attempt to calm herself, Clara raises her hands and smooths out her clothes. Though her right hand is suddenly stopped by a weird bulk in her jean pocket. She quickly fumbles to reach inside and pulls out a sonic screwdriver. His screwdriver. A lump forms inside her throat as she is faced with her traitorous memories. His hands in her hair, his lips against hers....his green eyes as he looked at her. Then suddenly, an idea hits her. Maybe she can use this to contact Nova and Raider. Looking around, Clara quickly finds a payphone. She heads over to it, taking the phone off of its hook. Just point and think. She holds the phone against her ear as she points the screwdriver at the machine the phone was connected to while thinking of both Raider and Nova and the phone in the TARDIS. Please work...

Clara sighs as relief as sharp as a knife cuts through her. "Thank god, Nova. Everything is unbelievably crazy here on Earth. All the stars and planets are dying and Earth has become some sort of safe haven. Not only that but I cake across a past regeneration of the Doctor who had this Gallifreyian mark on his wrist that activates all of his pain nerves when he even thinks about defying or rebelling against the....Timelords. We were going to take it off but we were caught. Danny's dead, and the Doctor is going to be killed again if we don't stop you mother." She explained this as quickly as she could, not taking a breath until the end, do now she was gasping for breath. "Plus, I think I might need another shot of the altron energy. All of these paradoxes and strong emotions is really wearing my internal supply down."

"To be honest, I think we are going to need her. Raider is a menacing person, she might be the only one who can keep the crowd at bay while we deal with your mother and the Doctor." Clara says into the phone, hearing the faint sound of the TARDIS as Nova piloted her to Earth. She hears a thump and looks around, quickly finding the blue box. She hangs up the phone and runs over to it just in time to meet Nova as she was exiting the box. Clara winces at the sound of the whip, feeling the heat of hatred rise up inside her for Missy. "Yes, she is." She shakes her head to clear it, rubbing her temples as she spoke. "This regeneration of the Doctor is number ten. He knows that I traveled with future versions of himself, he scanned Danny and I and found time energy all over us." Clara swallows, lowering her hands as she looked from Nova to the building the sounds came from. "This may be a different regeneration of him but he's still as self-sacrificing as ever. They had beaten Danny to a bloody pulp and he died in my arms. I had stepped away just in time to see the situation the Doctor was in, I rushed to the stage and threw myself in between them. Lost a flat in the process." She looks down at her feet before looking back at the Timelady in front of her. "Missy threatened to kill me and when I still didn't move, the Doctor pushed me out of the way with his foot. I probably never would've left if the crowd surrounding us didn't look like they were going to rip me to pieces if I didn't leave."

Clara was shaking her head before Nova even finished what she was saying. "No, you don't understand, Nova. Its not just humans and Timelords in there. That building is filled with several different species." Another crack sounds out around them, causing Clara to wince. It was then she notice a familiar female figure approaching them. It wasn't till she was a few feet from them that she realized who it was. Raider, the Murderer.... And she looked pissed.

The Murderer grinned humorlessly at her younger sister as she passed the two women, grabbing both of their wrists, forcing them to follow her. "Good, because if I felt with her, I would definitely be killing her...again. Now crowd control, I can deal with."

Clara's hearts jumps in surprise as Raider grabs her wrist and she most certainly felt it considering her thumb was right on the place where she feel her pulse. She raises her eyebrow at her remark about killing her mother again. "I suggest we hurry. Once they are pleased with the Doctor's shipping, they are going to kill him....again."

Clara glances at Nova, for some reasom, she didn't believe her. Nova didn't see Missy's eyes when she declared what she was going to do. Missy will kill the Doctor if they didn't stop her, Clara was sure of it. "We all better hope that is true..."

Clara had, at first, been running behind Nova as the older woman rushed towards the building but the mention of her once-again-dead fiancée, she froze in her tracks. But that didn't last long as Raider saw it fit to grab onto her wrist once more, dragging the brown-hared girl into the council building of horrors.

Clara wasn't really surprised when Nova suddenly disappears, she knew all about her powers....the Doctor told her on one of his more talkative days. Raider just rolls her eyes and grabs Clara by the hand, pulling the younger girl after her in pursuit after the teleporter. They soon reach the huge main room but they aren't able to see Missy and the Doctor. Raider reaches towards her belt and pulls out a pistol, with a quick warning to Clara to cover her ears, she shoots it into the air. The aliens surrounding them jump and quickly move out of their way.

We stop at the front of the crowd, surprised to find nothing where a stage once stood. Clara hears Raider growl low in her throat, the Timelady's hand tightening around hers. "Where the hell are they?!" Raider shouts, not towards Clara, but towards the crowd behind them.

Clara and Raider both hear a loud cracking sound from behind them and turn around to see that the stage had once again reappeared. Clara froze at the sight of a bloodied Doctor and close standing Nova and Missy but Raider reacted right away. The woman climbs onto the stage, her eyes locked with her sister's just as Missy puts her fingers to the girls temples and disappear. Raider freezes for a second before recovering and dropping to her knees at the Doctor's side. Clara finally recovers and follows the Timelady, reaching the married couple just in time to see the golden energy emit from Raider's hands as she reached for her husband.
