| [color=white] here lies pandora roarke an ever loving mother and devoted partner you will never be forgotten forever lying in the bottom of our hearts may the gods be with you in elysium a tear rolled down the face of the white domestic as he looked upon the solitary slab of stone. she had been gone for a long time now, almost too long. january could remember the good times they had together like it had been only yesterday she was with them all still. pandora had been his angel, his rock, his shoulder when he was upset. he just regretted that he hadn't been able to save her. that he couldn't switch his life for hers. their first date had been in the month of love and adoration, stargazing. that was when he realised about their mutual love of the night sky. he could remember her laughter ringing like the pealing of bells. that night had been one of the best times of his life and he could no longer share it with her. she was in hades and he was stuck in the overworld, and entire world apart. if only he could have found a way in to bring back her soul like orpheus had but alas, he had no worldly skills other than talking. that didn't bring people back though. januaryromance found himself deep in reverie as he sat there, reminiscing on how life used to be. she used to look so beautiful when she laid asleep beside him. just like a real life sleeping beauty, only a kiss away if he needed her. and now the bed was cold. all he could see when he turned over was an unused pillow that still smelt faintly of pandora. he had nothing left of her apart from a jewelled bracelet that he now wore on his front left paw. she was almost just a memory imprinted on his heart and his very soul. he hoped that others still remembered the stunning leopardess with as much fondness as he, since most of them from the prison period were now dead and gone. another set of memories he clutched to like a second identity. i miss you pandora, i really do. if only i was still by your side. i'm a terrible husband aren't i? who in their right minds would love someone like me? i shouldn't have let you die pan. it should've been me and i'm sorry i let you and the kids down. the feline murmured as he focused on the name on the stone. tears were streaming now, his usually impeccable self-control down the drain. whilst he talked, there was a large wolf that crept up behind him, stalking the son of breakdance like he was but a piece of prey to be killed and eaten. whilst the latter wasn't the canine's intention, the former certainly was. the last thing january saw before his throat was slit and the wolf ran off was a snowflake, falling from the snow clouds that had formed above him.
