Elaine quietly hummed a tune to herself as she organized her collection of various books. She had been looking for a specific book for quite some time and thought that organizing would help her find it faster. She yawned sleepily as she put as many books as could in the bookcase. Elaine hadn't got much sleep for the past couple of nights. Her son, Morgan, had been sick with the flu and she was worried about his health more than anything. Chrom, her husband, and Lucina, her daughter, had been taking care of the boy as well. Elaine smiled to herself when she realized she was finished organizing her collection. Her smile faded a bit when she also realized that she didn't end up finding the book she needed. Elaine shrugged a bit and laid down in her cot before falling asleep peacefully.

  • "I'm telling Elaine what you said Severa!" Lissa squealed as she ran towards the tactician's tent. She peaked her head inside, "E--." "Oh, I'm sorry..." She smiled at Elaine's sleeping figure, "Sleep well." She exited the tent and screamed as she was tackled to the ground by an angry Severa.

  • Elaine's eyes widened when she heard Lissa's scream. She jumped up and ran out of her tent, "Lissa, are you all right?!" She relaxed when she only saw Severa as the main threat though. "Severa," Elaine said sternly, "get off of Lissa now!"
