    Dovepaw waited for her mentor Icecloud patiently. Her pale silver tail flicking in the sunlight as her light blue eyes stared ahead.

    Icecloud appeared,"We are going to hunt today. Show me your hunters crouch."

    Nodding Dovepaw slipped into a hunter's crouch. Her blue eyes narrowed as she tried to stay still but light.

    Icecloud padded around her,"Very good! Now tell me what you can scent." She meowed

    Opening her mouth Dovepaw took a deep breathe in letting the scents enter her nose. "The camp...and a mouse not to far off...A squirrel that way," she said flicking her tail towards the Riverclan border.

    Nodding she sprinted silently in the direction of the mouse. When the small creature seemed a few fox lenghts away she crouched low in a hunter's crouch. Her blue eyes narrowing as she stalked her prey. Keeping hidden was easy, so when she neared the mouse, it was too late to escape. With one swift movement she killed her prey. Blue eyes shimmering she padded to her mentor holding the small creature.

    "Well done!" Icecloud meowed,"Now we are going to do battle training,attack me!"

    Dovepaw nodded and crouched low. Her back legs tensed as if pouncing, and she lunged forward. But instead of pouncing like she tried to make it look like, she rolled under her mentor and tried to flip Icecloud over.

    Icecloud was heavier than Dovepaw,she tripped her and held her down. "You're going to have to do better than that!" She meowed,amused

    Dovepaw, refusing to give up tried to flip her mentor backwards with her back paws, while she batted at her mentor's face with her front paws.

    Icecloud ducked Dovepaw's flailing paws and jumped away. "Come on,put some force into it!" she meowed
