• The cougar was sitting still in the territory. The wind blew through his fur as his green eyes were focused on the distance, as if he wasn't really present. But he was. He was thinking. Cinderpelt was thinking. About him. About Flare. And, more importantly, about Wingspan. She had been a great 'niece' and a great mentor, so he had to thank her properly. Not to mention that he had to tell her that he was staying...

  • When she saw Flarepaw, she walked over to him and attempted to poke him, chuckling. "Hey, buddy," she greeted, sitting down next to him, a smile on her face. He was her apprentice, or had been her apprentice... how old was he now? She was curious to know. Perhaps he was warrior age. "How are you?"

  • "Hey wingspan" the puma replied calmly, not moving a single inch as she poked him. "I suppose that you believe you're talking to Flarepaw. However, you're talking to your 'uncle Cindy'" a smile finally appeared on his maw as he turned his head to the side to look at her, a purr coming through his throat. "I am good, thank you. And how are you?" he asked, not really sure what else to say. About his age... Well, he was around 10 moons if his roleplayer wasn't mistaken.

  • Cinderpelt? She nodded, believing that she had spoken to him before in Flarepaw's body, although Silversun wasn't sure. "I'm well," she said, although her legs still hurt from when she was attacked by Rheon. Ah well...

  • Silversun was right, as was Wingspan. The cougar licked his lips for a moment before sighing. "Remember that I told you that I might leave if that was Flare's wish?" he asked with a tilt of the head, wondering if she remembered. She was the only one who knew he would disappear forever if his other soul wanted him to and she had asked him to come talk to her if that was the case. Well, today was that day.

  • OOC: Don't worry. :)

IC: The tail of the wildcat slowly went for Wingspan and aimed to pull her closer against himself. "It's okay, Wingspan. I'm staying" he purred with a smile as he aimed to give her a soft, friendly lick on the head. "I'm not going anywhere this time" he added with another purr, eyes sparkling slightly.

  • OOC: No problem :)

Ic: The cougar smiled as he looked down at the guardian. He was glad at least one cat was sort of happy that he was still around. Except for maybe Benedict. "Can't leave you behind a second time, now can I?"

  • "Nope," she said, then chuckling. "Do you still need me to train you... Flarepaw... the pair of you?"

  • He smiled before shaking his head. "I do not think I have to steal time of your life for training. Seeing I do remember how to fight from before, I'd rather have you teach someone who really needs it" he replied with a purr. Even though he would love to train with her, it wouldn't make any sense.

  • "Well, if you're not sure..." the cougar pushed his paws upwards and took a few steps away befor eturning around. "Want to test?" he asked as he tilted his head. "I can change in Flare's cat body, if you want." he added, realising that the current matchup wasn't exactly fair.

  • "Would he?" he purred before smiling. "I assure you, Wingspan, that he'll survive just fine. You taught him more than you know, it seems. He learned by watching you" he meowed with a faint smile, flicking his tail. "Don't worry, Wingspan. You did fine as a mentor. And I am not going anywhere without letting you know."

  • "Okay. I'm just thinking of him... but if you think he'll be okay, then I trust you," she mewed, nodding.

  • "That's why you're such an awesome mentor, Wingspan. You care about them" he smiled and finally nodded. "Come on. Attack him. Don't worry, I won't do anything. I'm quite sure I'll be able to do so..." he meowed with a smile before looking down for a moment. A second later, he looked back up, now with a serious face. Flarepaw was ready.

  • "Uh, okay." This would be difficult... attacking her own clanmate. She attempted to throw herself on him.

  • Flarepaw tilted his head, confused because she attacked headon instead of trying to eb sort of tactical. He quickly sidestepped and dodged her attack. He twisted around and aimed to bump into her side, hoping to push her on her belly even though he was smaller than her. You never knew if he'd be able to.
