I need tutoring! Anyone who is good at Russia!

what sort of "tutoring" are you in need of? as in roleplaying him personality-wise? i would love to help you.

alright, let's start with the basics. usually when I see Russia roleplayers, they often overexaggerate the accent as well as his apparent "sadist" personality. for starters, do not put "da" after every sentences that Russia will say. "Da" means "yes" in English, so it would be strange for him to say "yes" after every sentence.
as for the personality, he's quite easy to manipulate. don't make him as if he wants to kill everyone with a smile on his face. he's actually quite sweet, often vulnerable due to past experiences. I would suggest showing the "dark" side to him not very often, since, like I said, it overexaggerates his true self.
is there anything else in particular you would like me to highlight?

it depends. i personally don't like spelling accents out since it requires time and consistency, but for russia if you want to do the accents i would slur the v's and w's, just like you did in your post.

i wasn't sure about this one, since i know it isn't like "zhe" like you would say it for a german accent.
i looked up some online resources, and it seems like they pronounce "the" like "de" or "da", where the "d" is stressed. i looked up some hetalia dub videos to support my assumption, and it seems like that is the same. however, since the "the" pronunciation isn't really a big part of the accent, i would suggest not using it while roleplaying him.

as i know of for russia's accent, i believe the is the only thing that shouldn't be stressed since you still want people to understand you.
i researched, and since i found out that they don't use articles/prepositions, i don't think that would be a problem with the roleplaying. i have a russian piano teacher and she still uses the and and while she is talking.
so when roleplaying russia while he is speaking in english, you can still use articles/prepositions (because that'll make you understandable). however, while speaking russian, you can use that rule and not say those articles or whatever.

what do you mean? are you talking about how he acts around other nations? if so, it'll depend on who he's with. i can tell you how he acts if you give me a specific group.

i did some research about this. nordics do not actually have any hostile or ally-like contact with russia, so i would consider a neutral attitude towards the nordic nations.
as for the axis powers, russia seems alright with italy and japan, excluding the fact that there was a russo-japanese war in the past (quite a while ago). germany and russia's relations have gotten better, but i believe russia should have a neutral, slightly hostile attitude towards him.
for the allies, russia should definitely treat america and probably the united kingdom with hostility since their relations have been damaged over the years. france... eh, russia should probably just intimidate him. and with china, china could be intimidated by him, but as the relations have gotten better with the two nations, russia should be pretty positive with him.
