"H..hello" frostkit stuttered. She knew that the deputy was nice though what about the other cats. The arctic fox looked at the new kits quietly.

Her tail flicked as she looked at the queen :"What are their names?"

She smiled at Frostkit, then glanced down, "Marblekit", she meowed, flicking her tail at the small calico she-cat who looked exactly like her, then she flicked her tail at the black tom who resembled his father, "And Shadowkit... I named him after his father", she meowed, her eyes glazing with a touch of sadness as sheremembered her late mate.

She smiled at the kits and said :"Welcome to Articclan little ones."

Briarmoon looked up with a smile, "Thanks!"

She smiled happily as her tail flicked :"Your welcome

Frostkit nodded looking up at the deputy.

Briarmoon smiled, before curling her tail over her new kits, and resting her head down. She yawned softly as her eyes starting to drift shut. She didn't want to seem rude by falling asleep on them, but she was really tired.

:"We'll let you sleep " she whispered and walked out of the nursery, nudging Frostkit along.

Frostkit followed the deputy looking at all the other kits who where staring at the artic fox with a evil face. "Wow I am going to get bullied when I come back" she thought almost hiding beside the deputy.

She shook her head and then said :"Since your almost 6 moons...I can probably talk to Blizzardstar and see if I can mentor you, that is if you want me to." Her tail rested on the kit's shoulder

she looked up at the deputy "really!" she squeaked exitely. She always thought she was going to get a mentor who bullied her though she was getting a really nice mentor instead. "sure!" she said happily.

She smiled :"Alright, when Blizzardstar comes back, I shall talk to him about it."

Blizzardstar nodded at the the other warrior. "Sure. I could always use company, especially if there is danger."
Icefeather purred as she saw Briarmoon's newborns. "They're beautiful. And I know how it feels to lose your mate." She said, her eyes misting. "If you ever need to talk, I'm here." She mewed kindly.

Berrywing headed towards the nursery, she always loved seeing kits. The tiny ginger warrior smiled excitedly.
Lionsong was still asleep in his nest. The tom had staid up late last night because he couldn't sleep. He was always a weird cat.

Morningdove saw Blizzardstar and quickly ran over to him :"Leader, I have a quick question and then you can go on a border patrol." She quickly. Frozenheart nodded :"Alright"

Blizzardstar dipped his head. "Sure, what is it?"

Briarmoon smiled up at the Icefeather, "Thanks! And I think I'll take you up on that offer someday", she glanced at the entrance, spotting Berrywing heading over. Marblekit and Shadowkit were both fast asleep.

Berrywing poked her head into the nursery. "all fast asleep?" she whispered. Her gaze fell onto the new kits smiling, they were so cute. How she couldn't wait to have some of her own.
