An Ordinary Day in Hyrule [ PRIVATE ;; Zelda/Pokemon Crossover ]

After the world transformed into this strange Pokemon place, there was no place left for me to be a hero. Instead, I was just kind of the Ash of Hyrule, except, of course, way more entertaining. It was one ordinary day in Hyrule when it was time I got my very first Pokemon; the idea came to whilst I was putting on my pants, and struggling to do so. I just thought very strangely, Hey. Pokemon. And so I decided that later that afternoon I'd head over to that freak's laboratory and get me a Pokemon.

After getting my oddly tight pants on over my silky legs, I wandered downstairs and then out the door, approaching the lab. It was odd, being here in these strange grounds. Everything felt so different. So strange. So weird. So...bizarre. I shook these thoughts off as I entered the lab, and grinned at the sight of Zelda, just standing there being, uhm...Zelda-ish. She swept over and said, "So I see your here to get a Pokemon too! How strange, isn't it? Especially with Ganondorf running it!" I laughed a little, nodding along and crossing my arms over my chest. "Yeah, totally! Like, what does he think he's doing here?!" I shot a look at Ganon, standing over in the corner ever so menacingly...Reading a book. Pfft. I bet it was a book on like, death. Or something...

MIDNA !
I woke with a start and a grin on my face, feeling hyper and eradicated already. Cheering excitedly, I hurried downstairs, completely forgetting to change out of pajamas. After the outbreak of strange species in Hyrule, I merely wanted to get down to the lab and greet my fellow, uh, companions. Wearing nothing but my helmet and jammies in my tiny little form, I hurried over to the lab, flailing my arms in excitement. Geez, I was always so hyper. GOOD.

Before I could reply to Zelda and her crazy antics, she had merrily sprinted away towards "Professor Ganon". I grit my teeth together; I didn't really trust the guy. Well, I mean, of course I didn't. How many times in how many places on how many occasions had I beaten the crap at this guy? A lot! And now suddenly he was a Professor?! Blegh, how strange and how mysterious and suspicious. He just couldn't be trusted, I guess. Sighing, I followed Zelda over to Ganon, where she was talking to him, and he just handed her a white and red...ball? Um...Okay then. I slipped over after her. "Anything I can, like, ride?" I asked precariously. Ganon didn't even glance away from his "Pokedex" before giving me a ball. "It's in there." My eyes widened in shock and horror and amazement. "WHAT?! HOW?!" Ganon sighed, rolling his eyes and told me to just press the button on it. I did as instructed, and whoa! A red beam of light flashes and out popped the most beautiful thing in my life; Ponyta.

For a moment, I just stared at the creature before me. It was white, with blazing red fire for a mane and tail, and silky soft fur. It was so amazing. "I'm not sure," I answered to Zelda, eyes wide with astonishment, as if locked in a trance. "But it's the most beautiful thing I've ever seen." Just then, Midna barged in, panting and gasping for breath as she shifted into her human form and walked over to Ganon. I just looked at her and she looked at my Ponyta, obviously jealous. I grinned before running over to the fiery creature and wrapping it in an embrace. Bad idea! Ouch, hot. I pulled away, and instead just ran my hands down it's face as a friendly gesture.

MIDNA !
Once in the lab, I shifted into my bigger, more adult-like form and walked sensually over to Ganon, flipping orange-amber hair from my eyes. "I want a wolf-like...something," I said simply, and he handed me a ball. What kind of a f-cker did this bastard take me for?! I flashed him a frown, and then a scowl before grabbing him by the throat. "Hey, fatso! I asked for a Pokemon, not a strange toy!!" He just laughed and shook me off, eyes rolling. "Nonsense. Press the button." Murmuring angrily to myself, i did as told and out came a ball of black and red fluff.

OOC;; XD Nope, never. Just goin' with the flow, bro. Just gooooin' with the flow. I mean, I used to basically just watch my brothers play Zelda and what not, they never let me touch their games. Those jerks.

After having some, um..."Alone time" with my Ponyta, as if getting to know her, I heard Zelda behind me and perked up, whipping around to face her. She simply queried if I was alright, probably referring to the burn marks now plastered to my hands. Frowning, my eyes flitted down to the burns, so I lifted my hand to examine the wounds. Eh, nothing too severe. I just brushed it off and turned back to the female, bobbing my head. "Yeah, I'll be fine," I said with a slight sigh, and turned towards the door, then back towards Zelda. "SO. Think anyone else is coming, except, like, y'know...You, me, and Midna." Suddenly, a terrible thought entered my mind. "Hopefully not Ghirahim!"

"Who knows, maybe he's different too? Just look at Ganondorf after all!" Zelda exclaimed, and then crouched down to start playing with her Pokemon, which, apparently, was a Clefairy. As Ganon turned away, I spoke up and said, "Oh, hey! What's mine called?" He shot a little look before telling me, "Ponyta!" and went back to reading on that strange device. I shrugged it off and turned back to Zelda, whose Pokemon was now singing. I laughed a little, rolling my eyes teasingly at her. Of course she picked, like, the cutest thing possible. "So, um, hey- Zelda?" I asked, still vaguely looking at her. "Shall we go on an, um...y'know, adventure together? 'Cause that sounds fun, right?"

"Sure! With our new Pokemon it'll be wonderful!" Zelda cooed, and I gave her a smile. Turning to Ponyta, I grabbed the weird red and white ball and lifted it up. As I pressed it in random paces, my finger met the button and a red beam shot across the room over to Ponyta, merely evaporating her and sending her back into the Pokeball. For a couple seconds, I just stared, mortified, until Ganondorf shouted, "Calm down, kid! That's supposed to happen. Just press the button again and it'll come back out, geez!" I sighed in relief, then tucked it away in my satchel and turned back to Zelda, nodding at the door. As the two of us made way over, none other than Ghirahim came waltzing in! Ugh! "Hey Link, Ghirahim is here too! Has the world gone insane?" I just laughed quietly and murmured, "I guess so," then shouldered out of the door.

MIDNA !
The small ball of black and red fur yipped, then leaped upwards and into my arms. I giggled, stroking it's soft fur as it lapped my face. "Awwwh, aren't you a cutie!" I said, and then set him [ her? ] back on the tiled floor. As I looked up, I saw Ghirahim coming in, and Zelda and Link leaving. Pfft, of course. Go figure. Rolling my eyes, I turned back to the Pokemon before me. "Ganon! What is this?!" He just replied, "Zorua." Zorua?! Awesome!! I squealed silently and then watched out of the corner of my eye as Ghirahim got his Pokemon, which turned out to be a nasty rat. HA! Just like him. I laughed quietly at my pathetic attempt at a joke and crouched down to continue petting Zorua.

ooc;; XD never! also, your ghirahim post made me laugh. all i could picture was a f-cking pikachu just standing there, saying, "Pika pika!" and then ghirahim trying to talk, but pikachu getting louder and then ghirahim getting louder until they were both screaming their hearts out...O.o oooh, my imagination!

As we stepped into the outdoors, I felt a cool breeze against my skin and adjusted my fancy green hat over my head and hair, smiling lightly as we made our way towards Faron Woods. I wasn't really questioning where Zelda was going; I just let her lead the path. It seemed like the smartest thing to do. I most certainly wasn't going to change our plans. Eventually, thick trees surrounded us, dirt under our feet, the familiar landscape of buildings and people- POOF! Gone. Suddenly, as we were walking, a strange creature burst out of nowhere, stumbling in front of us as if it wanted to battle. "Link, is this a pokemon battle we're in? How do we fight it?" I pondered this for a moment before intelligently replying, "I have no idea. Let's just try stuff! Um...GO, PONYTA!!" I grabbed the Pokeball and pressed the button as Ganon had taught me, and out materialized Ponyta, standing on the battlefield before the odd, ugly yellow Pokemon [ it's Psyduck. :3 ]. "I don't know what to do know!"

Apparently Ghirahim had heard me laughing at him and his awkward Pokemon. The fact that he had noticed made me laugh even more, loud giggles and chuckles erupting from my mouth. I tried to stop, but it was just so damn hilarious! The rat-creature kept chanting the same few words over and over, increasing in volume very obnoxiously. I could tell by the way Zorua had bared his teeth and began to growl that he didn't like Pikachu. "What are you laughing at? My Pikachu is perfect!" Pikachu?! Oh, geez, even it's name was f-cking hysterical! After a moment of laughing, I calmed down, taking a deep breath and saying calmly, "I'm sorry, Ghirahim, but that...thing is not perfect. I think it's got some severe issues!" And then I broke down laughing again, so hard that my chest hurt and I collapsed onto the ground.
