    ooc: oh, the time flies when I'm doing geography, and not in a good way xD
    ic: Hearing Dan's instructions, the kit stumbled around, making his way out. It was so hard to resist the temptation to breathe even though there was smoke all around him. He'd never been in a situation like this before, which is exactly why he'd been downright terrified when this had started. He made it out, falling to the ground and sucking in air like a vacuum cleaner.

    once he got to the fallen sunclanner, he dropped the leaves and looked over her. okay, this shouldn't be hard enough. he skimmed over her legs, and made a mental note to call over em once he was done. he broke open a leave and gently spread the gel over her front leg. he put some more on that back, but surely she would need a second coat later on.




    he heard her wheezing, and wondered if the gel would do anything for that. 'don't believe an idiot, dan! gel won't work!' he thought to himself.

    After a few moments the bleeding had stopped, and the weak female stood on all four hooves. Her back two shaking weakly, but with baby steps she made way back to the fire, and bolted in, "Anyone who needs help yell please!" the injured female yelled, then she continued through coughs, "If you can't yell or need to save breath, throw something small to get my attention, if you can't do that, please shift around to make the object over you move a bit."

    Hope sat there, staring at the building. It was gone. She was gone, actually.


    She had died.


    Her body was laying in the middle of the cathedral, dull and lifeless. Her ghost, which nobody could see, unless they had 'The Sight' or whatever other power that someone had that could make you see spirits and *, was sitting outside, staring at the burning cathedral. Her clanmates were coughing, dying, injured, safe or dead. She was dead, at the least. Her mother was sitting next to her, smiling, fur brushing against her daughters. Hopefrost began to cry. She began to sob. She hadn't got to say goodbye, or tell Indi that she had feelings for him.


    Or anything.


    The femme curled up beside her mother, not looking the cathedral anymore. Her mother stared down at her, her blue eyes clouded with pain and sadness, as well as joy. "Hope, love-" She started, but Hope interrupted. "Mum, call me Melody. Please, just call me Melody," She murmured, biting her lip at the memory of her kittypet name. Her mother flinched, and nodded.


    "Mel, we have to go."


    "To...to StarClan?"


    "Yes. We-"


    "I don't want...t-to...to go!" Hope suddenly cried, squeezing her glassy eyes shut. "[color=white]...we have to. We have to.

    		 " Hopefrost merely looked up, and, hastily, she nodded.
