Dear Reader,

Kanto, Johto, Hoenn, Sinnoh, Unova, and Kalos; we have known of these regions for many years, known of their presence and existence. We known they are there, but the question remaining is; what of them? What is their purpose? The Pokemon's purpose? Our purpose? It's a difficult question. It's one with many plausible answers, and so we wonder...What of it? What are those deep twisted secrets deep within? Perhaps we'll never know, really. Perhaps...Or that's what we thought. We thought we'd never know. We thought the answers were vague, thought they were distant. But we have the answers in our grasps now, us scientists...Right on the tips of our fingers. And the answer?

Is Hagane.

A region that so miraculously appeared thousands of years ago that no one has dared enter, until recently. And by recently, I mean about a century before when this was written. Civilization quickly pushed into it, like today's moderation, thus the people there are more advanced than those of- say -Kalos. It's amazing, really; except for one thing. No one explores. No one discovers. So I have done what I must do and taken three teenagers from each known region to participate on an adventure here; each of a different strength, different weakness, different personality and experience. For the next few years, these eighteen teens will be living and keeping their life here in what we call Hagane.

This expedition is risky, I know; there is a chance those people don't explore for a reason. But I shall proceed in my idea and no one- not even my fellow scientists -will ridicule me, none will stop me from fulfilling this...this dream. And that is why I must write this document, to prove that this is truly, dearly what must happen and that my mind's decisions will not be altered.

So far, the people of Hagane have supplied me with knowledge of the Pokemon they share lives with, from common ones a person would see whenever they walked outside, to the ones you have a chance to see once in a lifetime. I have transferred all information into a Pokedex in which these trainers will assist me in successfully filling out. The prior data has not been confirmed, but I have certainly discovered most of their appearances, gender ratios, types, and their evolutionary history. Professional breeders have gifted me eighteen different starters [ six fire, six water, six grass ] that these trainers will obtain by my fellow assistant Professor, Hazel.

This region has something special. I can just feel it tingling inside me. But I have too much work, and these trainers will do for me what no one else will do.

[justify]NORTHEASTERN CORNER;;

Azure Village;; Tucked away in corner, bluish buildings. Not a very populated town, but a nice one at that. Has a boutique with very casual clothing. No Gyms. Has a structure called the Fortress said to possess odd lifeforms that have never been proven to exist. People say they see strange shadows pass through every day.

Harrow Valley;; Slightly southwest of Azure with reddish buildings. Also not very populated, and a little rude to newcomers. Has a boutique with sort-of fancy clothing. Possesses the Fire Gym with Borvo. Has a large meadow called Cedar Meadow that is said to always have the sound of someone singing inside of it, no matter what time of day.

Briarville;; Pretty town near Harrow Valley in the woods with very nice trees. Is sort-of populated but very nature connected and peaceful. Has a boutique and many medicinal shops. Possesses the Bug Gym with Gnat and Lel. Has a large tree that never turns the right color in the right season [ bright and lush in winter, dead in spring, reddish-orange in summer, and pale green in fall ].

Havenfield;; Gorgeous city on the northern side of the bridge. Very populated and one of the most famous towns of Hagane. Has many shops, outlets, cafes, etc. Possesses the Grass Gym with Amaryllis. Very pleasant and bustling with life. No particular history, except they are a profound source of most of the food production in Hagane. And something about the bridge and Havenview...Since it is one of two capitals of Hagane, it has a leader. The leader is Katumi Toshiro.

SOUTHEASTERN CORNER;;

Havenview;; Beautiful, joyous, bustling city on southern side of the bridge. More populated than Havenfield and Snowy Hills combined. Has many shops, outlets, cafes, etc. Possesses the Flying Gym with Zero. Is the hometown of Champion Nyaki and Professor Willow. No particular history, except that it is known to be beautiful at nighttime. And something about the bridge and Havenfield...Since it is one of two capitals of Hagane, it has a leader. The leader is Zelda Metzger.

Snowy Hills;; Very snowy city with ski slopes and merry Ice-type Pokemon. Pretty populated, but not so much to the point of discomfort. Has a boutique and some cafes. Possesses the Ice Gym with Brooks. It is said to have a sort of beast living amidst it.

Diamond City;; Located just behind Snow Hills. A small city that enjoys spiritual rituals, Dark-, Ghost-, and Chaos-types, and the people there are said to be evil. Has an average population. No Gyms, for once. Hometown of the great and mysterious Miss Fortune.

Kisara Town;; Strange, ancient town in the mountains that is actually very festive and fun. They have a small population, but fills their town with great people nonetheless. No cafes, boutiques, or shops, just medicinal places. Possesses the Ground Gym with Terran.

NORTHWESTERN CORNER;;

Cheyenne City;; Large city with many intricate people. They have a pretty high population, somewhere around that if Havenfield or a tad bit more. Has a good amount of cafes, boutiques, and other shops. Possesses the Dragon Gym with Syrani and is hometown to the Great Kara Kavanagh. Is said to be the birthplace of all Dragon-types in Hagane.

Ptaku Town;; Small town on a little island with much mysterious activity. Low population with only about two dozen people. Has one or two boutiques in a medicinal home. Possesses the Dark Gym with Devanie. Has a strange cave near by said to have strange noises burst from it.

Kingman City;; Nice little city with a carnival by the water. Has docks for transportation across Hagane. It's got a pretty high population. Has many boutiques, medicinal areas, shops, cafes, etc. and is one of the favored places of Hagane. No Gyms.

SOUTHEASTERN CORNER;;

Celestial City;; A city surrounded by Sakura trees with pretty homes and temples and shrine inside. It has quite a high population and is home to Professor Willow's lab, as well as Paradise Heights, a place featuring Luxuria Resorts and Luxuria Beach. Loves, loves, loves Pokemon. Possesses the Electric Gym with Raii and is the second favored town/city of Hagane.

Viridian Falls;; A pretty town located on a mountain with a waterfall! Is usually pretty hot and muggy and misty with a medium-average population. Posseses the Water Gym with Cascadance, as well as a variety of shops and boutiques.

OTHER;;

Pokemon Village;; A literal village east of Celestial City where Pokemon live on their own and occasionally get captured by the traveling human. Can get a little vicious and protective.

Pokemon League;; Located underneath Havenview! Is an awesome little city underneath it, practically, where Elites Zelda, Celeste, Griffith, and Petrova of Psychic, Fairy, Fighting and Fairy are, as well as Champion Nyaki.
