Spirits, that's what they were, though the reason they were quite here yet was unknown. The few that had the sight would be able to see them first, one right after another; pirates. There were a few of them scattered about here and there, some with pegged legs, others with eye-patches and snarls permanently etched onto their faces, but most were gathering in a large mass around the high rock.
Flickering into visibility, the pirates would mutter a few words here and there for a moment before a single fox came from the crowd, holding herself tall as the sword tied to her side dangled and hit the ground slightly, making a scraping noise as she climbed onto the stone that was used for meetings. "All ye gather," The gruff female would howl, red ears pinning to her skull and yellow eyes narrowing slightly in a slightly aggressive manner, though she meant well... sort of, "My name, is Cap'n Red, and I'm 'ere to tell y'all about the special... things we've been planning fur yer clan here."
She would wait for a few NPC's to gather around, and then begin once more, pacing the stone slightly as she did so. "Me and my crew 'ere, have d'cided to share our treasure with yee, though you have to find it. We don't 'ave much use for the worldly possessions 'nymore, so we've decided to give it out as prizes 'round the territory." She would snicker slightly, "Though ya gotta go through a slight hunt for it."

So, basically, in this thread, your character will go on a treasure hunt, looking for whatever you want. The way the prizes will work is whomever gets the most creative with their posts. The way your character finds the prizes, what they do with them, and what they are will determine what happens next.
