FrostClan Signups! (Open to Everyone!!!)

The original name of this Clan of cats was DeathClan. When Shadestar (now known as Shademoon) became leader he changed the name to FrostClan (in honor of the frosty winds that wrap the entire mountain in chaos). Shadestar made this decision because DeathClan was falling apart. DeathClan created death and misery wherever it went. They killed everyone and everything in their path as game or sport. Shadestar did not like this reputation so he changed the clan name and settled them in the mountains. Recently, FrostClan has lost nearly all of its members thanks to green cough.

FrostClan believes in a Clan of cats called MoonClan. They believe them to be their ancestors of old or the original cats of DeathClan. MoonClan is believed to reside in or make up the moon itself as a whole. No other cat ancestors reside in MoonClan except those of FrostClan or the past DeathClan.

FrostClan lives in the snowy mountains where spring is only a few weeks long. The mountains are covered in dense forests of conifers and small bushes. There are many rocky outcrops that extend off into the sky.

FrostClan lives mainly off of rabbits that roam the territory. There is the occasional eagle or hawk though.

Wolves are a constant problem in FrostClan’s territory. Since they are bigger and stronger than the two-leg dogs that FrostClan is used to, they usually have the upper hand in fights. It usually takes two or three well trained warriors to take down a single wolf.

- The leader is in charge of everything; what he says is law
- All cats must show respect for those older or more experienced than themselves
- An apprentice cannot become a warrior until they are twelve moons old and ready to become one
- Medicine Cats cannot have mates
- Helping cats outside of the Clan will not be tolerated
- Mating with cats outside of the Clan will not be tolerated
- Only toms can become a deputy or leader

Leader: The leader is the tyrant or king of the Clan. What he says is law and any who oppose him have the right to be punished. The leader may have complete control, but he is still willing to listen and learn from his elders and those wiser than himself. When a cat becomes leader, the second part of his name becomes ‘moon’.

Deputy: The deputy is the overseer of the warriors. He carries out the leader’s commands. The deputy is the leader’s personal advisor in some ways more than others. When a cat becomes deputy, the second part of his name becomes ‘star’.

Medicine Cat: The medicine cat is personally trained in the arts of healing and herbs. The medicine cat is the sentinel of MoonClan. They take messages to and from MoonClan, but only on full moon nights.

Warrior: The warriors are the hunters and fighters for the Clan. They mentor the Clan’s next generation of warriors. If any of the Clan’s cats were stressed, these ones would be the least.

Apprentice: A kit who is six moons old and up is an apprentice. They train until they are twelve moons or until they are proved to be worthy warriors. They are responsible for maintaining the care of the elders (most of the time) and keeping fresh bedding in the dens.

Queen: The queens could be the most important to the Clan. They go through more stress than most with having kits to look after and care for. The queens are the she cats with kits or expecting them.

Kit: The clan’s next generation of warriors, these little guys are the foundation. They inspire new beginnings.

Elder: The older more experienced cats that were warriors, but are now retired.
