Thank you!)Aurora looked over to the cat who appeared to be talking. "Hmm... Would you like to go hunting with me? I've been feeling a bit hungry lately." She said. "By the way. My name is Aurora Shardling. Who are you?" She was usually quite friendly... unless someone dirtied her fur.

IC: Bluesky startled out of his thoughts and looked up "Oh, hello. I'm Bluesky." He paused "You want to go hunting? I can go with you if you would like"

Aurora nodded. "Of course. I asked you, didn't I? Where should we go? I've hard there's a lot of prey in a forested area around here." She said. Hmm... I wonder how well he can hunt. I'm sure he won't slow me down.
(Aurora has the power of invisibility. Just to let you know. :) )

IC: Bluesky had smiled and looked away towards the forest "Yeah, I've found plenty prey creatures in there, though I don't know all of the names for them yet. This place is still very new for me. Don't worry bout me slowing you down, I'm a pretty good hunter." He had thought she must have muttered the comment about his hunting under her breath.

Aurora had to stop for a minute. Did she... think out loud for that? She was sure that was in her thoughts... She smiled. "Great! I'm a pretty good hunter myself. I love to hunt here... though it's not like I remember anything else. I came here in a bout of amnesia that I haven't recovered from yet. I also lost the ice powers that made me a Snowflake Fireferra..." She said, a little sad. To think... all I can remember is living somewhere snowy...

IC: Bluesky looked at her in sympathy "Yeah, my memories are rather...foggy as well. Most of us have the same problem it seems. Those of us who came from the old home of the Alurian Colony...I think it was snowy there, so maybe you came from there as well?"

IC: "Do what?" he asked, bewildered "And of course I ca...n...." he trailed off, suddenly realizing that her mouth wasn't moving "Wait...you were...saying those things...right?"

No... you can read my mind... great. All these cats have supernatural powers like I do. How on earth did this happen? C-can you possibly... turn that off? She asked, using her mind to speak to him. She liked her privacy and loved keeping secrets. If her mind was open to him she'd have to be careful not to upset him or he could spread her secrets...

IC: Bluesky looked completely startled and confused "I-I don't know," he said, a bit alarmed "This never happened before. I wouldn't even know how." He did pick up on her having supernatural powers, but didn't want to press, since he was basically taking the information from her mind, meaning to or not. So it would be rude

Aurora sighed. "I guess there are advantages to having the ability to read minds but someone's feelings can get really hurt... and cat's are meant to keep secrets. As soon as you delve into a cat's secrets you have to respect what you know and not get angry about what you find out." She warned.

IC: Bluesky nodded, still rather flustered "Of course and I'll work on, what did you call it? Turning it off? It's got to be possible right?"

Aurora nodded. "It has to be! If you couldn't turn it off it would be terrible! There would be no recovering from the insanity that would bring you... just imagine swimming through a sea of cats that were always talking about things and never went silent." She said.
