But in all honesty the flood should focus on producing different things to help them win battles or to just improve the way they go about things in general. The flood ships eventually stopped firing before pulling back to one of their nearby solar systems.

    The molten planet started changing, the planet slowly turning into more of a machine. It was almost half way infected and the vex were getting close to the core which once captured would make making the planet mechanical a lot quicker.

    The black heart spoke to the key mind, "We require all the information that you have found on your conquests through the Galaxy. This will further our research of time manipulation "

    we have 3 planetoids
    a moon,dwarf planet,resource rich asteroid
    current allies are vex and flood

    including the machines and xenomorphs who destroyed them no one else has replied

    Ic: The core had been consumed, the transformation continued on, the territory of the Zerg and xenomorphs slowly turned into machine. It started to spread closer into their hives....

    we have made a deal with the vex and sent a single capital ship with a fleet to the planet our targets were on
    diplomacy may begin with zerg.....our primary target are the xenomorphs
    most of the planet has now been mechanized the only non complete converted areas are the zerg and xenomorph territory
    we have sent word to the zerg.....the vex will stop at nothing to fully convert the planet and secure a piece of the sector.....we have reached our destination and are orbiting the xenomorph part of the planet....we are prepared......now we just wait for the vex to signal us.....

    The black heart sent a message to the harmony, "Rain down the crystals" it commanded. The vex corruption of the planet was almost complete, if the harmony could do their job they could finally have a foothold in the war.

    we have had gotten the order from the vex....our dropships fired 30 drop pods from orbit each drop pod was a large crystal with 8 doors that would house 2 crystal harmony.....it would crystalize the nearest and most needed resource and crystalize it....it could also hover toward the fleet in case of a retreat or if an objective was complete it could also bring along any crystalized resources.....a drop pod contained 16 crystal fighters
    in each of the 30 drop pods equaling 480 crystal fighters the surface of their territory was mostly crystilized and skrimishes began all over their territory......as we waited for the vex to mechanize the territory we quickly took every resource into the drop pods to use to advance and a few specimens for testing....the droppods hovered towards the fleet all 480 crystals were going to fight the xenomorphs to the shatter the only threats were large xenomorphs and their queen their face huggers were useless against us

    The Xenomorphs fell back within their hive and stayed there, it did not matter whether the planet was becoming mechanized as they had the power to adapt. However getting off of the planet would be difficult as they had no real technology. They could be tamed just as the Yautja had done to breed them for war and hint using human sacrifice.

    The planet was now fully consumed. The vex could direct any energy streams and turn it into solid rock. The vex turned their eyes to the massive wormhole that they could spot. It was extremely far, near a flood planet so for them to see was surprising. Seemingly every hive ship under Crotas rule exited through that portal. Specks of black to the vex.


    With a roar Ceota commanded all of his spawn forward. If they over ran the armies with their numbers they could succeed in conquering the sector. Thousands of seeders crashed into the surface of the flood planet and all the troops dropped down. In the center of them all stood their God, Crota. The planet was quickly corrupted by hive and they fought off any flood they spotted

    the crystals slowly pushed into the hive and a few more of the insect like creatures were captured the queen was too deadly to capture and must be eliminated the small creatures with the eggs of the xenomorphs were captured as well.....but the closer we got the deadlier they became...sacrificing everything to kill us..we were down to 250 we were nearing the queen but at this rate she may yet survive we have sent word to the vex...these caverns were their birthplace dispite being organic and primitive they were a threat...but still worth studying

    The flood sent for the vex for aid against the hive, this was a matter that they could not deal with alone and the keymind did not think that the mineral organisms were much fighters. Though he sent for them either way, he wanted to end this quickly. Successfully taking and holding a flood planet was tough no matter how much firepower that the other side and there was no doubt the hive took a significant amount of loses regardless of having their God.


    The xenos continued to fight back until their queen was eventually killed in which they went into a blood rage type state. That was until each of them eventually settled down and obeyed, they were intelligent enough to know what creatures meant. The captives were taken to a research lab and they were experimented on, however that would not last long as they did have a plan.

    the xenomorphs were capable of understanding their defeat...this proves they were more smart, then we thought before we left the planet for the vex and took all living xenomorphs to a very small planet capable of life we were testing their acid,mind,how strong and smart they were...since we controlled the ecosystem of the small planet we took a animal and had their queen be born again....but the flood were under attack we had studied the xenomorphs to the point to their whole bodies and acid even that of the queens would be weak
    we left the planet and sent around 2 medium class fleets....as a large space battle began we sent troops to attack on ground ...20 dropships sent as reinforcements sent 30 drop pods each the hives wizards were the only threat we had replicated their swords a total of 600 drop pods were sent all landed perfectly.....our 9,600
    crystal fighters fought the hoards of crota ......the songs of death could not affect harmony how SAW through all,not hear through all...still their magic was deadly..resources were quickly gathered from the ground by the drop pods which hovered to use the resources...of course most drop pods stayed in case of retreat.....we had given the flood our mass produced hive swords....

    The flood, with the aid of the harmony, began to overrun various positions on that one world which helped them greatly. The combat forms took the swords so they could charge the enemy position and slash at them while the infection forms went to work. The keymind began strategizing before coming up with the idea of giving the hive a taste of their own flesh. So they began using the exact same tactics as the Hive were using that way they could minimize loses and defend with a lot more potential for winning.


    The Xenomorphs began to reconstruct a hive so they could protect the queen, she was weak so they could not make a long trek. However they began to quickly reproduce with a lot more numbers now since they were going unchecked. It was slower that say the flood but it was still pretty rapid considering the amount of time that is given to them, they planned to take advantage of this leave of absence from the non-organic, rock creatures.

    The black heart took an opportunity to be able to sample their God and evolve the vex. All of the vex not in defensive positions were teleported to the planet and they all killed as many as they could. From their previous victory a squadron of minotaurs ran towards the gatekeepers all holding swords and killed any gatekeepers. Many vex and harmony were killed but it was quite easy to remake vex with the remains.


    The hive just crushed any resistance. Crota waved off any attacks by the minotaurs and pushed forward, almost the whole planet was corrupted by hive.

    "Listen keymind, give is any information you have received through your conquest. A simple gorgon can kill this god if we can make a breakthrough with our technology!" She(in lore the heart is also called a she)commanded him.

    "He believes he is a god? Hehehehe, the precursors were more than he believes he would ever be, I will give you my knowledge. If you can get me a weak point in the enemy gate keepers armor," The keymind said with a light chuckle. He meant every word and he believed it to, the only beings that he knew that came close to being gods were the precursors but they were killed by the forerunners. Eventually the keymind sent the information phycologically.
