    "Hey, it's alright..." SilverPaw mewed and suddenly remember something important to him. "Wait here.." He added quickly racing into his paws and into the nursery. "FlameKit, do you still have that...uh heart that mother gave us that she found?" He mewed.


    The mute kit smile and nodded quickly, she went to her bedding in the nursery and looked under it. She the slid out a heart locket that opened and closed, it was silver and was missing the bit that went around the neck.


    Silver mewed and kicked his sisters head before picking up the locket and racing back to the she-cat. "Here, my mother gave this to me and my sister many moons ago before she died but I want you to have it." He mewed.

    Tansyleaf padded out of the nursery to stretch. She padded over to the entrance to leave to get a drink from the stream


    "Come on!" Blackcloud pelted into the nursery and looked at the kits. His eyes focused on two of the four, Hisskit and Blackkit. "These two look strong... But this one," he pointed to Skykit, "he looks quick, nimble, and smart... But," he meowed now pointing to Lightkit, "Looks like he is worthless..."

    The mute orange tabby she-kit hissed when the two entered the den, she ran up to the younger kits and stood in front of them, she shook her head. Being only five moons old, she was strong hearted. Stomping her paws on the ground as a warning to DarkFeather and the other Tom. FlameKit bared her fangs and snorted.

    Tansyleaf hissed and tackled Flamekit, pushing her away from her four sons. She then arched her back, hissing at Blackcloud and Darkfeather. Her claws unsheltered and she swiped at the two toms. "Get back!!" She gave a quick nod to Flamekit, as a thank you.


    Blackcloud's maw twitched. "We only wanted to see the young ones. I'd liked their cute faces!" He fakes a smile and a purr. "I wish to train one later on."

    FlameKit was surprised by the knock that sent her away, but she just stood there. She shook her head to BlackClouds words, as if she was trying to tell that he was lying. She couldn't speak but she could show body language.

    Shiningpaw flattened her ears to her head, teeth bared. She lashed her tail, and padded into her mentor's den. "Brightleaf? Crookedpaw is right, it's going to be okay... don't let this ruin your life, your clanmates need you.." She said softly.


    Bluefern tried to restrain her laughter, and she ended up snorting rather loudly. Her eyes were fixed on Darkfeather and Blackcloud, "You too look like you were just in a fight with a fox." She purred, curling her tail in amusement.


    Heatherpaw bit back a frustrated growl, and nodded. She lashed her tail once, and sprinted after Hazelpaw. Please let him be okay..


    Hickorypaw blinked a bit confused by Heatherpaw's enthusiasm and eagerness too. He narrowed his eyes watching the two apprentices leave.
    Stormcloud blinked, taking a small step forward, "Be careful!" He called after them.
