    ... Are you a ghoul??


    Run, run run! That is all you can think of. Its dark, cold... and to make matters worse, it is raining. The cold, wet droplets and slight chill of the wind triggers goosebumps on your arms, soaking your clothes as well as making you shiver. But you have no time to worry about the cold - right now, you are being chased by the Commission of Counter Ghoul agents, also known as the Doves, who are hard your trail. You bite your lip and continue to run to nowhere in particular, just anywhere. I did nothing wrong! You think rather angrily, tears stinging the back of your eyes and threatening to fall. You did absolutely nothing wrong - except you were born. As a ghoul. That is your sin. You did nothing wrong, and yet these Doves who suspect you of something are after your life, simply because you are not human. You are scared, but also angry in the inside. A thought you've been wondering your whole life comes back to you - why can't we live in peace?


    ... Or a human? Possibly an agent??


    You're not getting away! Is all you think as you chase after the ghoul in front of you. You swore that you saw him/her devour that man earlier! There were no other people, or ghouls around except that one over there. So it must have been him/her! With a curse under your breath, you and your partner run after the ghoul through the cold rain. You are almost there - so close! So close to killing this monster who lives among your kind.


    I don't have a specific plot in mind, but I'm sure we can make one up as we go. ;D

    he smokes to appear more human, also because it masks his smell as a ghoul better
    Name:Shiori Inoue
    Age:21
    Gender:male
    Personality: he's usually pretty chill to be around but not because he's lazy or dull. He's very observant, years of hiding have done that to him. He hardly ever brings attention to himself, so he usually works in the shadows, making sure everything he does is done quietly and quickly. If he does come in conflict with other ghouls or the Doves, he usually runs off to protect himself, but will fight if he has too.
    History (optional):He was born into a family consisting of his mom, dad, and little brother. When he was eight his house caught on fire and his father and brother died. His mom suspected foul play and soon enough she left one night to get food and never came back. He went out looking for her and instead found Doves waiting at his house. Before they could notice him he ran off and took up residence in an abandoned building for a few years until he could get a job. He works at a bookstore during the day.

    Dove, or normal citizen?: normal citizen
    Allies/enemies (optional): he doesn't like the doves.
    Ward:20th
    Type of ghoul:bikaku
    Other (anything can be written here. Are you part of Anteiku? Or Aogiri Tree? Any special talents or skills?): while he had no family, he got food at anteiku for a while, but he tends not to affiliate with either. He's slightly faster than normal bikaku's but thats about it.
