Elizabeth shifted and looked out because of her boredom. All there were were sand and rocks so it good boring very quick. She tapped her fingers and shifted in her seat again, restless.

Jordan shifted in his own seat, thinking of conversation topics for the two. He hummed to the song that played on the radio; Party in the USA. His eyes followed the road ahead of him.[we need something to spice this up]

-
Lizzy raised her eyebrows at him humming to the song. For a Drill Sargent he was pretty mellow. And he was younger than most, No more than 2 years older then her. She scoffed at him. "Are you really humming to this song?" She asked chuckling.
-

He smiled and slightly turned his head to her. "I'm surprised you aren't" Jordan chuckled quietly and turned up the song. "You don't like Miley?" It was a two sided question but the marine decided to ask it anyways.[we can go ahead and time skip; maybe you start off with you waking up?]

-
"I suppose. I just don't listen to that kind of music often". She said, yawning. "Well if you don't mind I am going to catch a few winks before we get there. The plane ride was long and I am tired." She said, tucking in her feet and putting her head on her forearm.
{Time Skip!}
Elizabeth slowly blinked her eyes opening, seeing the base coming up. She sat up and rubbed her eyes and tucked in some stray hairs that had escaped from her bun. I have to make a good first impression, she thought to her self determinedly. She took a peek at the Commander out of the corner of her eye.

Jordan nodded as he heard he tired words. "You do that."--
Jordan pulled into the army base with the Hum-V making quite a bit of ruckus. He smiled as he noticed the girl stir next to him. Though he noticed her, he didn't say anything. Jordan pulled into a parking spot near some large green tents. He pulled the key from the key hole with an exasperated sigh. "We are here." A yawn escaped from him and he looked over to Elizabeth. "Welcome to Hell."

-
Elizabeth jumped out of her seat ready to do something. That trip was long and she really needed to do something to get the jitters out. It might be Hell but I am going to make something good out of it. She though to herself when she heard him say that this place was Hell. "Where do I go now,?" She asked him, then realizing he was higher ranked ",sir."
-

Jordan chuckled at her slight mess up. "Follow me to check-in and we'll get you situated with chores, a job, and a schedule of what we do around here." He shut the Jeep door and walked around the back, grabbing Elizabeths things. "Be careful what you say." Jordan said smiling somewhat flirtatiously and walking past her.
-
Blushing furiously, she scuttled after Jordan. Why did he say that like the way he said it? She thought to herself while following Jordan's wake through people. They all parted for him like he was the plaque. They did it without even looking up. Most of them where working, or ignoring us.
-

Jordan nodded at the other officers as he pasted by. He stopped and shook hands with another man that looked just as important as he. "How are you James?" He asked as if a normal conversation between two buddies. The small conversation ended as the other commander had other business to attend to. Jordan walked on, coming through the other side of the large tent.
-
Opening up the tent flap after Jordan, she blinked of surprise at the large tent. Light was everywhere from the noon sun and many soldiers seemed to be eating lunch at the time on the large picnic tables. She looked at Jordan quizzically but didn't question him.
-

The solider makes his way through the tables and found the guy he was looking for. He placed a hand on the other mans shoulder, making him turn to face Jordan. "Ahh, Lieutenant Nixon, I've receive the new cadet." Jordan stepped over a pace, letting the lieutenant view Elizabeth. "She's ready for the briefing."
-
Elizabeth stood at attention, looking at a spot in the distance. She said The lieutenant's name over and over in her head so she would not mess it up.

-

The Lieutenant stood and got out of the table. Jordan came to attention and raised his hand to a salute. Nixon saluted back and both became at ease. The Lieutenant looked over Elizabeth before saying, "Why isn't she moving?" This Lieutenant smirked and called her at ease. "I'm Lieutenant Nixon and I believe you're Cadet Elizabeth, correct?"-its fine bae

-
She went at ease at the command and released the breath she had been holding. "Yes sir, Sure am." She said looking up at the Lieutenant.
-

"Good to know." He slapped her back without to much tremendous force. "Lets walk." The Lieutenant walked off in the direction of another, large tent and Jordan soon followed after. Jordan smiled at the slight though of Elizabeth, but he quickly shook the thought away. I can't.
-
Biting back her surprise at the pat on her back, she followed suit 3 steps behind them like rules dictated. While walking she stared at Jordan's broad sholders. She shook her head. No, Lizzy, just no, she though to her self.
-

Jordan turned to see if Elizabeth was still following behind. She was. He smiled a small, yet attention grabbing smile to her before turning back to the Lieutenant. Jordan walked the rest of the way fighting off the urge to look at Elizabeth again. You will loose your job if you're caught. Jordan stopped after they entered the tent, allowing Elizabeth to pass.
-
Ducking under his arm out of instinct even though she could easily walk through, she looked into the tent. It seemed like a meeting room, with one large table with multiple chairs.
-

Two other commanders walked through the other side of the tent and pulled up chairs. "Walk up to a seat but do not sit." Jordan whispered as Elizabeth passed by. This was where many cadets messed up. Jordan followed in behind her, standing behind a chair. "Commander Bragg and Commander Kempt are our advisement people." Jordan said in a way to introduce the two on the far side of the table. The Lieutenant pulled out a chair but not sit down "At ease gentlemen and lady." He said with a smile as he sat down.
