A lone wolf padded into a the clearing, sniffing the ground while her golden eyes turned upwards to her surroundings. It's been a few days since she has left her family pack and those few days have been horrible for the she-wolf.
Sheep was far too used to hunting with her brothers and sisters, too used to sleeping along their pelts. Nights seemed too cold without their furs.
She has seen one or two of them along the way but they refused to let her follow. Growling and snapping at her. Saying they where off to make packs of their own, have pups and many families.
The grizzled furred she-wolf was very uncertain of this arrangement. So far the only good thing that has happened to her was finding a mob of earthworms and feasting on them.
