As you pad through the rocky foothills, night starts to fade and the morning sun starts to illuminate the surrounding area. A sleek and majestic golden tabby cat emerges from the corner of your vision. "My name is GoldenStar and you have entered SunriseClan territory, what is your business here?"
Now the decision stands before you. Offer to join the mysterious cat's new clan or turn and find another path. If however you decide to join, some background to start you off on your adventures.

Whistling creek runs through the middle of the valley, supplying the clan with much of the water needed by the clan and is also the lifeblood of the valley.

The camp is located in a the midst of a large tangle of roots from and old fallen tree with a natural hollow at the base. Just big enough to protect the clan
Leaning Rocks, the place of power where the guardians (spirits of the clan) can commune with the leader and medicine cat. Located at the far end of the territory.
History:
The Downfall of SunriseClan:
Many moons ago, SunriseClan was a powerful clan. With many warriors, queens and apprentices. They prided themselves on their loyalty and their bravery. The Leader 10th in the line of descendants that led this powerful clan OakStar had protected it for many moons from all sorts of dangers, both natural and from other clans. Though the day he choice to step down from leadership and pass it on to the next generation disaster struck. Silverheart brother to Angelfall the she-cat who was about to take up leadership, killed his sister and his former leader out of jealousy.
Silverheart then took the role of leader of Sunrise without the guardians blessing, bringing a new dawn of betrayal and death to the clan.
The Guardians angered by this act of betrayal and continuous ignorance to their pleas sent a great fire to cleanse the valley of the evil that Silverheart had tainted it with. Many of the cats died and the forest was destroyed, including the Moonbush the original place of the guardians power in the valley. Silverheart survived the fire but many of his clan did not. The cats that did survived panicked and travelled to the Moonbush in search of guidance from the Guardians, finding the Moonbush destroyed and the forest lifeless the remaining cats fled never to return to the lands. What happened to Silverheart still remains a mystery to this day. Some say his arrogance and refusal to leave brought upon his starvation, other say he still roams the forest his consumed by his fury and unable to pass on to the green forest of the resting grounds.
The Revival of SunriseClan:
Golden had travelled far and was exhausted from the travel, she had spent a number of moons looking for a safe place to take haven after being run out of her winter shelter by Twolegs. Ahead she saw a beautiful valley and a chance for a rest but a rocky hill stood between her and the haven. With a sigh she started the short climb and eventually reached the top, peering over the side she sees an odd formation of rocks and feels an unnatural urge to investigate, without thinking she takes a step forward and loses her footing, falling down the small cliff to come to a stop at the bottom of the rocks, already weak and now badly injured from the fall she passes out.
Awoken by strange whispering and echos of indistinct voices of many cats, she looks around confused to find herself surrounded by a large number of cats. One powerful voice rings out "she is awake" and silence pursues. The cat who silenced the crowd steps forward a handsome brown tabby, "Welcome to the Guardians of SunriseClan." Golden rises unsteadly to her feet, "who are you? What do you want?" She questions. "We want you to fulfil your destiny and become SunriseClan's new leader. We want you to bring back the legacy which has been lost." Golden thinks on this for a moment, "I will try my best to do as you wish", she replies slowly. "Good, for I know name you GoldenStar and give you the strength to lead SunriseClan to new heights. The task before you is great, choose your warriors wisely and help SunriseClan become mighty once more. Return to Leaning Rock at anytime when you need guidance. And never forget to seek wisdom off others in your clan. Go now." GoldenStar wakes with a start, it must have been a dream. Yet her wounds were healed and she once again felt strong, she no longer felt the weakness of her long journey. She sets off into the valley to find a safe haven for the start of her new clan.

He is a long furred tom cat. He has messy, midnight black fur. His fur usually is messy and never neat. For some reason his fur always seems to have mud in it. His eyes are a golden yellow color. They shimmer like the morning sun. He also has a tuff of slightly, only slightly, lighter black fur on his chest. In certain lighting, his eyes may appear bright yellow. He has a lithe figure and hard, black pads. He has a long scar on his left shoulder from when he was fooling around near the rocks.

He is a carefree and clumsy. He always seems to have a smile on his face. He loves to relax and chat with his clanmates. When the leader doesn't notice he likes to slack off by sleeping in the sun. When someone tells him to stop slacking off only sometimes will he actually do his duties. He is very easygoing and friendly and loves to explore out in the territory. He is very accident-prone and gets hurt easily. Just ask him about the scar on his shoulder. He has a reputation in the medicine cat den. He likes to see the ones he cares for smile. If they aren't smiling he always tries his best to make them smile. He is never seen being actually serious. When he is serious though is when he is in battle or when someone he cares for is hurt, other than that he is smiling from ear to ear. He actually is deathly afraid of fire and when he is near it he will either freeze or keep at a far distance. When he is frozen he is more of a scaredy-mouse than his smiling self. He can be really oblivious at times, usually when it is concerning the love genre.

History: Growing up with his sister, Butterfly life was hard, she was absent minded and always ended up in trouble which Frostclaw always had to get her out of much to his disdain. But he loved her to pieces, when the meet up with another loner Curse, Frostclaw welcomed the help. However Curse had a debt to pay to a rouge band of cats, he gave FrostClaw's sister over to the rouges as payment for his previous crimes and fled. When Frostclaw discovered what had happened and went to rescue his sister from the rouges he was caught. As punishment they killed butterfly in front of him while he watched helplessly and let him go so he had to live with the pain. He ran as far as he could and tried to escape the memory. Eventually coming to SunriseClan, he saw it as a good opportunity to start a new where no-one knew his failures.
