    My Character
    Name: Moonfall
    Gender: Male
Appearance (Description not a picture): Moonfall has a seemingly black pelt but when light touches his smooth fur it shines off a radiant blue. He has only a little white on the tip of his muzzle and at the tip of his left ear. Along with his blue fur he has soft blue grey eyes.
Personality: Moonfall is the type of cat that has a hunger for adventure and anything that goes against the boring day to day routine of warrior life, but sadly he is a little frightened by acting on these urges. Along with battling those urges he also has urges of the romantic type that he has tried to ignore time after time but no matter what he does the longing of wanting to be with a tom never fades.
    Clan?: Riverclan, Warrior
How active are you? (1-10): 7ish
Other: Moonfall's father (Dewstar) is the strict leader of Riverclan.

Ic: Moonfall padded towards the river as he always did after having his father complain about him not fulfilling his duties. Moonfall grumbled softly phrases from the speech he had revived "Your being selfish" "Do you know how this makes me and your mother look?" The guilt had already began to settle in by the time he plopped himself on a sunny patch directly in front of the river. Moonfall purred felling the summer sun beat down on his pelt. This also allowed the blue in his fur to become easily visable.

  • Name: Quint
    Gender: Tomcat
Appearance (Description not a picture): Quint is a mixed blood calico with green eyes. He isn't very big, rather small but fast. His base coat is a dull snow white, with patches of black and ginger. He has black socks that fade into brown up his legs. He is polydactyl, but has a broken tail.
Personality: Quint isn't very fond of groups, but feels good alone or with one other cat. He is fairly aloof, and tries not to involve himself with problems. When met with challenge he backs down and runs, but often thinks of a better way around problems.
    Clan?: Loner
How active are you? (1-10): 7
Other: Whistler, a trick he learned from his old Twoleg.

  • The lone calico followed the river upstream, whistling as best as a feline could. His jaunty gait and steady paws told the tale of a ship's cat. However, the high, parading step and sailor's tune stopped as he noticed another cat on the opposite shore. "Hello there?" he called, his voice carrying on in a sing-song tune.

  • Moonfall jerked his head around and faced a calico. Moonfall stood up and stared at the tom. "Who are you?" he asked the unfamiliar tom while preparing himself for a fight. Why else would another cat come into River Clan territory if not to attack. he thought to himself.

  • Quint saw the other cat grow defensive. He kept calm, trying to appear relaxed. "Me name's Quint mate. Just wandering around, following the river." he explained, his eyes undeceitful. He took a step into the water, closer to Moonfall.

  • Moonfall stayed in a defensive stance but his face went from a scowl to a look of curiosity. "What is it that you want?" he asked with confusion is his tone. This tom doesn't look or talk like a clan cat. Moonfall thought to himself. "Do you know where you are?" Moonfall asked inquisitively.

  • "Ah. no. I have no clue where I am, but I know what I'm alooking for. Adventure, excitement, companionship and a good pack rat." he said, prancing about the water, waving his paws with flair, to the tune of each word. "Now what about you mate? You don't look particularly lost, but you are definitely in search of something."

  • Moonfall amusingly gazed at the gleefully prancing tom. "Uhh...yeah" Moonfall finally relaxed then spoke. "This is River Clan territory and I am a River Clan warrior." he explained. This tom seems so carefree...

  • The sea cat carefully made his way across the river, trying to stick to the most shallow part. Stretching his head up, he looked to Moonfall and said, "Ah, fancy! I've heard of those things before. Clans. Tell me, what's it like living with one of those?"

  • Moonfall sighed "Honestly? It's boring and depressing. You have to do things a certain way or else you are shammed and the people you love could die any moment just because another cat wanted that sunny patch." Moonfall laid back down then turned on his side and watched the tom. "Clan life has it's perks but my opinion it's just not worth it."

  • "Hmph. Sounds like the doldrums." the cat said, climbing on the same shore. He shook his pelt free of water, taking a moment to stretch. "Life on a boat is much easier. Rats and mice, warm places to sit, the gentle rocking of the waves to help you sleep. Ugh, makes me homesick." He padded over into the sun, hoping it might help him dry off quicker. His soft, glossy fur, undamaged by a life of the outdoors, seemed to glow in the suns rays.

  • Moonfall looked at the other tom with envy. He seems so happy. he thought to himself. "So why did you leave this oh so amazing boat?" Moonfall asked as he stretched out across the ground.

  • "Well, I love the sea, but drowning isn't very fun." the calico explained, sighing. He also could sense the jealousy in the "landlubber". "So, why aren't you with your clan?" he asked, grooming himself.

  • "Because I got tired of being yelled at for not fulfilling my 'duties' as a warrior." Moonfall chuckled "Actually me talking to you right now is a perfect example of doing the wrong thing." Moonfall stretched then stood up. "I just don't see a point in all this attacking and killing." the tom confessed.

  • "Doesn't make much sense to me either." Quint said. "So, why not abandon ship? Set out atraveling like me?" The calico stood up, yawning peacefully. He stepped closer to Moonfall, tilting his head as he let the Clan cat think.

  • "It's...." Moonfall stopped and tried to think of the right word. "It's complicated I mean.....it's just..." Moonfall sighed. "Complicated" Moonfall looked at the tom. "I just don't know..." he confessed.

  • The tom walked around in front of Moonfall, sitting down in his view. "Well, why not try and tell me what's so complicated?" he asked, appearing very trustworthy. He was a loner, and was intent on traveling. Anything said to him would likely stay with him.

  • Moonfall sighed then spoke. "My father is Dewstar, the leader of Riverclan" he began to explain. "and as one of his offspring I'm expected to be a great leader and a great warrior but I seem to do just the opposite....running away would bring so much shame upon him." Moonfall said as he began to look at the ground embarrassed.

  • Quint stopped, laying down to think. "Well, what if you died?" he offered, his ears perking up and a smile appearing on he face. "No face lost, plus then no one would wonder where you went!" He seemed too exited, and perhaps his plan wasn't as fatal as it might seem.
