"I can take a patrol out there right now and whoop all their furry behinds!" Oliveleaf shouted "Who wants to come and teach them a lesson?" The thought of invaders in her clan, walking on her ground, breathing her air made her seethe with rage. She sheathed and unsheathed her claws, tearing up the soft hay and wood below her.

Ic: Vixenstar raised her tail for silence as soon as she heard the calls of agreement after Oliveleaf's announcement. The cats quieted down, and she spoke again, "I am all for action, and believe me, we will act." she said, snarling and lashing her tail at the last two words, "However, I believe some cunning is called for in dealing with an enemy of this size. I think we should stake out the areas they've been scented in and confront the mange-pelts." she declared.

Oliveleaf nodded fiercely, the fur standing up on her tense back starting to relax at her leader's strong words. However, her blood pumped even faster as she smelled a foreign scent among the usual warm barn smells. Intruders?!

Ic: Vixenstar looked at her cats nodding in agreement with her words, and felt a strong sense of pride. This was their clan. This was their territory. They would not allow intruders in their borders. She saw Oliveleaf's head whip around and followed her gaze. There, standing near one of the gaping holes in the ancient barn's siding, was an unfamiliar black cat. He turned tail and fled. "After him!" she shrieked.

Ic: Vixenstar watched as Amberleaf tore after the intruder, easily catching him, and bringing him back with the aid of Oliveleaf. He looked ashamed and a bit angry. Vixenstar snorted, That'll teach him to mess with clan cats. , she thought to herself. The clan cats surrounded him and brought i=him in front of her. "So, intruder" Vixenstar began with a growl, "what brings you to Goldclan territory. Stealing prey? SPYING on us?" she snarled viciously, lashing her tail. Yowls of agreement broke out among her clan.

Holding the intruder's left shoulder down with the help of Ambershadow on the right, Oliveleaf watched as he sputtered for an answer. She dug her claws harder into him, impatient. "Speak, you coward!"

Ic: "T-they just want to, to talk..." the tom managed to stutter under the glares and hisses from the Goldclan cats. Vixenstar would never tolerate intruders inside Goldclan territory, but saw how much pressure they were putting on the cat. He seemed young too, twelve moons at best. Just an apprentice. She softened a bit and held up her tail for order. Besides, if there was a way to resolve this peacefully, that's the way she wanted to take. "Now, if you're telling the truth, who sent you?"
