Shia sighed in relief, her worried expression forming into a small smile. "Let's get back to camp, and get you some help." She suggested, her tail flicking once against the ground. A thin stripe of blood ran down her forehead and over her left eyes, and she tried to remove most of it with her paw. Other than feeling disorientated, sore and nursing an intense headache, she was alright.
-
"Here, you can lean against me. I know what that's like and it's awful," Firestar said.
-
Occ: TEXT HEREIC: "Im going on a border patrol." Novie aid padding to check the borders. Sage limped over to Cobalt. "You okay?" She asked.
-
"Yeah, I'm just a little shaken up," Cobalt replied:
-
Shia nodded and shakily stood up, leaning against Firestars side. "Thank you." She said with a grateful smile.
-
Occ: TEXT HEREIC: Sage walked beside him for a while. She then fell pain shooting up her side. No bones were broken she was just sore.
-
Thrushnose padded out of the camp, looking for some prey.
-
"You're welcome. If you need anything just come looking for me," Firestar said.
"Well, it doesn't seem like the pain seers until you move," Cobalt said, blood still dripping from his reads.
-
Shia nodded with a light smile. She looked back at the ground as they made their way back to the camp. She glanced around and noticed there almost had run out of food. "I'll go hunting when I've gotten some rest." The chocolate brown female murmured, well aware of her responsibility as a pack member to occasionally gather food for the rest of a pack, or help out with some of the other duties. And after all, she did enjoy a good hunt.
-
"I won't let you go hunting while you're injured. You are to stay within the den area, Alpha's orders," Firestar said, glancing over at her.
-
Shia sighed but nodded anyway. He did after all have a point. Collapsing during a hunt didn't sound very appealing. "Alright, you're right, I better get some rest before I start running around." She admitted and her right ear flicked.
-
"I shouldn't be saying this, but it's only because I care about you," Firestar said.
-
Shia wasn't quite sure how to reply, she settled with a small smile. "Once again, thank you for your help. I'll go get some sleep." She said, then paused. "After I've washed this blood of my head." She added, and slowly started standing on her own without leaning on him. She took a while to regain her balance, still quite dizzy.
-
"I'll go with you. Passing out near tue stream wouldb't be wise," Firestar said:
-
Shia chuckled lightly. "Nah, it probably wouldn't." She agreed with a small smile. She started steadily walking towards the river, trying not to stumble. She kept her head low though, her head still throbbing painfully from the impact with the tree.
-
"I'm going with you. It wouldn't be wise to pass out in the stream and end up driwning.
-
"Thanks, I'm grateful for your company." The chocolate brown female said with a shy smile, then continued forwards. She reached the river shortly after and sat down by the shore, taking a minute to slow down and let her headache fade slightly. She then padded out into the water, dipped her head down under, and started gently dragging her head sideways to wash of the blood. She raised her head again, and carefully shook some of the water off. She opened her amber eyes and looked at the slightly pink water that faded further down the stream, vanishing completely in a few seconds.
