    Oh, but my method involves no violence, in my head or in real life, no wasted energy that could have been used on something else and less arguments.

    That's what you're SUPPOSED to do................................ but quick to anger + everyone around is an idiot most of the time = not so easy.

    My method helps me because I live in a large household. 12-13 people. It can be tricky, having to adjust to what they want and do. Especially when you're on the spectrum. Me, it's a coping tactic. A way not to make a mess of things. I also weigh over two-hundred pounds, and I'm not sure how much of that is muscle. I don't like hurting people. So I shut up and kill the anger.

    I've had a lot of people in my home for all my life. So... I don't know what it's like living without them. When I finally get my own place, it'll be really weird for me. But a refreshing sort of weird, not the bad kind.

    If you can call "being extremely angry for two seconds then thinking the offender is like your bestest friend ever right after" anger issues, then yes :D

    ...I feel lucky. I just say "screw anger" and I'm not angry. Woo! I am completely rational all throughout my anger! Which doesn't last long... because I'm rational.
