She slightly closed her eyes, "sorry I usually don't talk about what all has happened in the past..." she took a slightly shaky breath and slowly let it out.

"It's okay you could just told me something else," said David.

She shook her head, "although the foster homes were horrible I was always taught to never lie no matter what is asked."

"Sometimes it's okay to lie even I do it sometimes," said David.

"It just doesn't feel right to me..."

"Well you can do it when necessary, what if someone asked you to keep a secret and someone asked what the secret was, will you so lie to keep the secret or be good and tell anyone the secret," said David.

"I would keep the secret. I know secrets that my siblings have told me. I don't really have a lot of friends so I don't have anyone bugging me to tell them any secrets I have..."

"You see you can lie if it's a secret you need to keep," said David.

She shook her head, "no you say it's a need to know basis, but if you know that secret could save another persons life you tell someone."

"Hmmmm okay but then I have a secret to you," David said and looked at her and was now serious.

She slightly tilted her head as she slightly leaned forward.

"Never go into the woods you were in last night again there are things in there you not should stick your nose into whatever it's a wolf, or a strange person," said David a little hard and serious.

"Those woods have given me refuge since I was younger, I wasn't sticking my nose into anything. They have offered me shelter since a year after my siblings were killed when I had to run from my own foster parents." Her voice was just as serious as his and her eyes held a fire that hadn't been noticable before.

"If you are more in the forest you will get in trouble or might be killed," said David more hard and serious.

"David, I've been fighting to keep myself alive since I was ten and Athena is the only person I have left." She slightly chuckled, "the animals of the woods were more accepting of me than any of my foster families."

David came with a little growl that sounded a lot like a wolf but he quickly tried to relax as they got their pizzas.

She smiled and thanked the server as she started eating her pizza.

David nodded and ate some of his pizza "But I mean it you stay away from the forest or else the wolves attack you," he said.

"Alright, but if my cousin goes in and isn't back out for 20 minutes, I'm sorry to say but, I'm goin in after her. I'm sure you would do the same if it were your family."
