    "Fine. Only for you." I said under my breath as I picked El up and let her wrap her cold wet legs around my body. I started to walked out of the ocean waves toward the sandy beach. The water splashed at my feet as I walked slowly to the shore. My feet touched the chilled sand I walked over to where I had left my shoes. I leaned over-El still in my arms-and picked up the shoes and socks. I started back towards my beat up truck, the black paint peeling at the rusted parts.

    I nuzzled my face into his neck. The air around s didn't help. I was still cold. My shoes were by the truck, so I didn't have to worry about them now. I raised my head for a moment to look at him. "Can we get back to the truck? I still need to get my car and I'm cold." I added, brushing a few strands of hair out of his face.

    "Thats where I'm heading." I said with a smile, hugging El closer. I walked back to the trunk and set her down lightly on the paved parking lot. I opened the door to the trunk for her before turning around and heading to my own door. I opened mine and jumped into the drivers seat. I grabbed my keys and inserted them into the engine, but not turning the key. "Do... do you want to go out and get a bite to eat?" I asked nervously turning to looked at El, my eyes shown with nervousness but hope. I really hoped she would say yes. I really wanted to get to know her, and sooner the better.

    I spaced out, staring out the window. I realized he'd asked me something. "Huh? Um sure." I said, realizing how hungry I was. My stomach growled, to prove him that I actually was famished. I giggled, out of habit most likely. Neither of us said anything for some time. I turned on the radio, so there wouldn't be so much awkward silence.

    I let a smile bloom on my lips as she said yes. I drove quietly down on the road towards a family restaurant where I always visited. The people there were nice and I knew I would have a nice welcome if we went there. We continued down the road in silence until El reached over and turned on the staticky radio, an old station playing classic rock. I smiled as I recognized Strawberry Fields from The Beatles. I hummed along to it quietly, the song running through my heart and head. Memories of when I first found this song playing over and over again. Just my 7 year old self jumping around the room mouthing the words I didn't even know yet rocking to the soundtrack.

    I recognized the song as well. I hummed along with him and tapped my feet to the beat. I looked over at him and smiled a little. "Can we get takeout?" I asked, remembering my car. "I need to get my car." I said sadly. I didn't want this to end. I wanted to be with him as long as I could. But, I had to get back home to study. At least I had his number. I could call or text him. "Can you pull over for a sec?" I asked after some time. I wanted to kiss him again. I couldn't do it while he was driving..

    I felt my hurt drop down when she said she wanted to get take-out. I would've enjoyed sitting down at the restaurant I had in mind and talking while we slowly ate, just so we could get to know each other. "Can you pull over for a sec?" She asked looking up at me, I glanced to the side before wordlessly pulling to the side of the road. The other cars behind us speeding around me and down the road. I didn't pay them any mind as I put the car in park and turned to look at El. "What's wrong?" I asked looking into her vibrant blue eyes.

    "Nothing." I said with a small smile as I kissed him. He was caught totally by surprise. I just had to do it. It wasn't an option. I had to let him know how special he was, and that I wanted to go out with him again. I wanted to go out to dinner, I really did, but I needed my car first. I kept kissing him, completely oblivious to the honking horns and speeding cars that surrounded us.

    I eyes widened when she leaned forward and started to kiss me. After the shock passed I pressed harder against her and deepened the kiss. I slowly bit her bottom lip and pulled on it singling that I wanted to get into her mouth. I let go of her lip and licked her lips, pulling her closer. I had my arms around her hips, pulling her closer and closer when the kiss got deeper and deeper.

    I smiled as he bit my lip. I proceeded to climb into his lap. I wanted to be close to him. I wrapped my arms around his neck as he pulled me closer. I bit his earlobe gently, giggling as I did so. "Want to go someplace?" I whispered as we continued to kiss.
