Jace slightly remembered Dom, or maybe it was Rick? Say something about giving him a ride home. He also had a faint memory of mounting his bike and falling flat on his side. His throbbing shoulder agreed that the memory was real. He half noticed that he was in a car and began laughing ridiculously. He was SOOO out of it. When they dropping him off home it took a good ten minutes to find the door and then unlock it.

Jace hobbled through the door and grumbled when he tripped over his own feet and fell onto the floor. He was dazed and in a bad mood. Although he was completely drugged up, he was still thinking about Andrea. He was mad. Mad that no matter what he did he couldn't get away from her. Mad that he had let her go without realizing it would be the last time he saw her. Mad that his parents didnt understand. Mad that he didn't know who he really was or who he wanted to become. Jace was just plain mad.

Jace looked up at the sound of his name, and his turned from one of anger to embarrassment. His face was already red, and he was angry at himself for letting someone see him this way. Don't I live alone? Jace thought fuzzily. He was so mixed up he has forgotten he shared an apartment. Trying to play it cool he slurred, " Don' worry abut mee! I wull be fine." He tried to navigate to his room, but he forgot where it was and his coordination was terrible anyway. He ended up running into the wall and stopping to try and recover for a moment.

Jace stared at the dark figure before him and squinted trying hard to make out who was talking to him. "But I thought..." He trailed off before suddenly lashing out at Kai. "YOU!" He screamed in a low growl as he took a few steps in Kai's direction. Jace was seeing things and his imagination continued to torture him as Kai spoke.

Jace released his grip on Kai and slid to the floor in a fit of tears. His thoughts were buzzed and he faded in and out of reality. His sobs echoed off the walls of the apartment and his heart threatened to concave. He wished that the whole universe would implode, swallow itself up, leaving nothing behind. He had been running from his past for so long, he had almost forgotten what grief and sadness felt like. But it caught up to him. Somewhere deep down he always knew it would. But he never would have imagined he would drag someone as important as Kai down with him.

Jace couldn't respond. He had no way of processing what was going on around him. He vaguely remembered hearing someone speak, but he was so warped that he didn't know what to do. He stayed in a heap on the floor, his shirt stained i tears and his face a splotchy red mess.

Jace looked up at Kai as more tears came rolling down his face, and took his hand. He was tired and afraid of being tired and afraid. He gave up on trying to numb himself from everything. He didnt want to be contantly putting up a wall between himself and others for the sake of "protecting" himself. After taking Kai's hand, Jace pulled him closer and hugged him gently. He wasnt sure who he was holding in his arms, but he figured that if they loved him enough to stay, they must be very important. "I'm sorry," Jace whispered softly. "I'm so sorry, sorry, I'm sorry." He couldn't stop saying it and hoping that he wouldn't be left alone.

Jace got up slowly and walked around the house until he found the bedroom, where he collapsed onto the bed and sighed before passing out. His dreams were no different from before, filled with horrible images and haunting emotions. Jace slept for longer than he had in weeks, but it was not an easy sleep. He called out a lot and screamed softly on occasion, making the night restless. He couldn't help but cry out and thrash back and forth from time to time.

heard this song on the radio for the first time yesterday and the first thing I thought of was this rp. :P ;) It's kinda funny how much I think about this rp in my daily life. XD
Jace awoke to an empty house, which was slightly expected. He had pulled together the pieces of the puzzle that was last night, and figured that Kai would have left. Heck, Jace had scared himself. He could only imagine what he had said to Kai. No matter how hard he tried, he couldn't remember speaking to him. The emotions of anger and sadness and fear were easy to recall, but what had he said? He got a headache, whether it was from all the remembering, or the hangover, Jace didn't know. He pulled out his cell and texted Kai, before heading into the kitchen for something to eat. (Something that didn't involve a lot of cooking skills.)
