Gender: Female
Age: 14
Looks: Rose pink hair, bright bright blue eyes, thorns down her arms, a greenish tone to her skin.
Personally: She likes to watch from the shadows before she acts. She is also very shy, royal, and tends to be a little mad when made fun of
Powers: She can control plants and sometimes water
History: when she was very young, her parents were experimenting and it went horribly wrong. The house caught on fire and she was the only survivor, however when she first breathed in the smoke that was filled with plants DNA, she got her powers. She was taken in by her grandmother until she died. Ever since then, Rosalien lived in the sewers and in the darkest of alleys.
Other: She's a hero and I might stray from her set personality. (TITANS GO!!)

Rosalien was walking around the sewers when she heard a clank. She ran to the spot and spotted Hugo. She hid quickly and said,"Who are you and what are you on?" She had spotted his board and was curious, haven't been around up on the streets for a few months.

Rosalien came out of hiding and said,"I'm Rosalien. The best way I could describe myself is a experiment gone wrong." She said the last part as if in a nightmare, clearly not wanting to talk about why she called herself that. She thought a bit before saying,"How about instead of 'air board' you could use the name hover board. Or maybe something else." She seemed like she wanted to go back to hiding, although she wanted to talk to him a bit more.

Neo followed Dragon Girl closely. "My, my. Don't look so disappointed, it makes me sad." The voice came from behind her. "Either way, that was an exquisite battle, truly enjoyable to watch!" She cheered gently. The way Neo spoke to Dragon Girl almost seemed like they knew each other. "Losing like that though... How about I make it up to you?" She tossed Dragon Girl a sack of cash. "If you beat me, I'll let you return the money to it's owners." She grinned devilishly from underneath the umbrella. Her first trick was already in play; she appeared completely unarmed and didn't seem like a threat. How smart are you, I wonder? She thought behind her innocent smile.

Neo sighed. "Come on! Just one swing?" She added a tone to her voice that seemed like she was begging. "Perhaps I should go rob a bank then? Would that cure your interest?" She grinned and backed up, nearing the edge of the building. With an impressive skill, she backed her way back onto the power lines. "Like a game of tag! I'll even give you a little motivation." She winked. "I've already stolen something quite valuable of yours. Is this what helps you transform?" Neo held out Dragon Girl's stone. "You'll have to come get it if you want it." The female smirked.
